“Many years ago, my heart missed a beat when I suddenly saw scaffolding covering the whole terrace and realised that an extensive re-roofing, external Stone restoration & cleaning project (including total sash window restoration throughout) was in progress, exposing the beautiful, mellow locally found Grinshill Quarry cream stone originally dating from circa 1830.
