Exhibit Space Rates

How Partner Priority Points Are Earned: 4 1 point for every 100 square feet of exhibit space.

4 1 point for booking and paying in full for an exhibit booth for the 2019 National Western Mining Conference & Exhibition before the 2018 event concludes.

4 1 point for each year a company has exhibited within the past three years.

4 1 point for every $1,500 spent on CMA Conference sponsorships and advertising.

43 points for each year a CMA membership is maintained. Exhibitors must be CMA members when signing up for exhibit space and maintain their membership status through the event to receive points.

Partner Priority PointsThe CMA industry partner priority points program is the participation and loyalty reward system for National Western Mining Conference & Exhibition exhibitors, advertisers and sponsors. These points are used in the scheduling process of the exhibit space selection order for the following year’s CMA Conference. As an added benefit for investing in sponsorship and advertising opportunities exhibitors will receive bonus priority points.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation notice must be sent in writing. A cancellation requested from 11/1/17-11/30/17 is subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the booth(s). No refunds will be granted after 11/30/17.
