Increase actionable donor designations• Use the Workplace Partnership for Life
(WPFL) program
• Enroll donation organizations (organ, tissue, and eye) to work with Workplace Partners
Goal: Register 400,000 new donors

The Formula
• Enroll 75% of donation organizations as participants
• 45 OPOs/DLAs commit to registering an average of 10,000 new donors in 12 weeks by:– Engaging Workplace Partners
– Using timeline and tools to reach your established AIM

Campaign Phases
• Enrollment– October 19 to November 17, 2006
– Obtain baseline measurement
• Implementation– November 20, 2006 through February 12, 2007
– Maximize events that fall within 12-week period
• Outcome measurement– Through March 19, 2007
