ORDER

This matter is before the Court on Defendant, Chief Justice Roy Moore’s motion

to dismiss Plaintiffs’ action against him pursuant to Rule 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6) of the

Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. (Docs. 27 and 28.) The motion to dismiss (doc. 27)

and brief in support (doc. 28) will be taken under submission by the undersigned on

April 17, 2015. The Plaintiffs are ORDERED to file a response to Chief Justice Moore’s

motion to dismiss on or before April 9, 2015. Any reply filed by Chief Justice Moore in

support of his motion must be filed by April 16, 2015. Briefing on Chief Justice Moore’s

motion will then be closed.
