EXT. A ROAD ON THE WAY TO TIMMY’S SCHOOL - SUMMER

PUSH IN ON MOM AND DAD’S CAR as it drives towards school.

1 DAD (VO)Hope you have a great last day of school, Timmy!

2 TIMMY (VO)How can I not? Today’s the day I get my perfect attendance award!

CUT TO:

INT. MOM AND DAD’S CAR - CONTINUOUS

DAD and MOM are in the front, TIMMY’s buckled in the back. COSMO AND WANDA are two BUTTONS on his shirt.

3 MOMWe’re so proud of you!

4 DADYou might not have gotten an award for grades or sports, but when it comes to showing up, you sure do show up a lot!

CUT TO:

EXT. THE FRONT OF SCHOOL - CONTINUOUS

The car pulls up. Through the window, we see FRANCIS, pounding his fist into his hand. Timmy slinks down.

5 TIMMY(Whispered to Cosmo and Wanda)

Oh no! Francis is outside looking for me!

6 WANDA(whispered)

How do you know he’s looking for you?

7 TIMMY(whispered)

Because he’s already beaten up every other kid in school!

WIDEN to reveal a multitude of OTHER KIDS, lying on the ground, dazed.

8 TIMMY (whispered)

It’s the last day of school! He celebrates by wailing on everybody!

9 MOM(to Timmy)

Anything else before we drop you off, don’t look back, and pay absolutely no mind to that scary, gray child?

Francis glares at the car.

10 TIMMYYeah. Can you drop me off in school?

Mom and Dad look at each other excitedly as we...

CUT TO:

INT. SCHOOL HALLYWAY - A FEW SECONDS LATER

ON TIMMY

11 TIMMYBy Mom and Dad. See you later at the awards ceremony!

12 MOM AND DADBye Timmy!

PULL BACK to see Mom and Dad sitting in their car, parked in the middle of the school hallway. They peel off amidst the <<SCREAMS>> of kids running for their lives.

12A KIDS(screaming)

CUT TO:

INT. TIMMY’S CLASS - A FEW SECONDS LATER

Timmy walks past MR. CROCKER and takes his seat... next to Francis.

13 MR. CROCKERThank you for joining us, Mister Turner.

(to class)When you hear your insult, followed by your name, say “here.” Destined-to- grow-up-to-be-a-garbage man, Francis?

13A FRANCIS(grunts)

Francis Grunts. Timmy is way too scared of Francis to pay attention.

14 MR. CROCKERThe-boy-I’m-sure-has-Fairy-Godparents-that-I-will-someday-capture-and-use-to take-over-the-world Timmy Turner?

Timmy says nothing.

15 MR. CROCKERMister Turner! When I say “Timmy Turner” you say...

16 TIMMY / CROCKER“Here!” / “I have fairies!”

Crocker just stares at Timmy angrily.

17 MR. CROCKERYou win this round, Turner... but I’m on to you!

Timmy looks nervously at Francis, who cracks his knuckles.

Timmy looks at the clock: We see it’s 9:05 am.

18 MR. CROCKER (Insulting educational rant walla)

Timmy looks at Francis: He pounds his fist into his palm

19 MR. CROCKER (Insulting educational rant walla)

Timmy looks at the clock: We see it’s 9:30 am.

Timmy looks at Francis: He’s punching a Timmy doll. We HEAR the BELL RING. Instantly, Timmy runs like hell out of the room.

CUT TO:

INT. A HALLWAY OUTSIDE OF TIMMY’S CLASSROOM - SAME TIME

Timmy slams RIGHT INTO Francis.

20 TIMMYOooooof!

21 FRANCISNow, where were we? Oh yeah!

Francis grabs a terrified Timmy by the shirt.

22 TIMMYLook! Over there! A Rottweiler!

23 FRANCISI’m not falling for that one, Turner.

24 TIMMYYou’re right. It’s just a brick wall.

25 FRANCISA brick wall? Where?

Francis wheels to look. Timmy runs like hell.

CUT TO:

INT. A SCHOOL HALLWAY - SECONDS LATER

Timmy runs around a corner. Cosmo and Wanda poof in.

26 TIMMYFrancis is totally gonna destroy me! You guys gotta help me hide!

ON FRANCIS - who is storming down the hallway, shoving helpless KIDS out of his way. He <<ROARS.>>

26A FRANCIS(roars)

ON TIMMY, COSMO AND WANDA

27 WANDAYou know, Sweetie, running away from your problems never solved anything.

28 COSMOBut it’s great cardio! Run Timmy! Run!

Timmy turns and sees... he’s at a dead end.

29 TIMMY

A dead end! Aw, man! If Francis sees me, I’m dead! (BEAT) Wait... Sees me! That’s it! I wish I was invisible!!!

Cosmo and Wanda wave their wands and POOF! Timmy is invisible! To every character on the show, that is. When we need to see him, he’s visible as a ghostly outline.

30 TIMMY Cool! You can see right through me!

31 WANDAYou’re ten, sweetie. You’re not that hard to figure out.

31A FRANCIS(roars)

We HEAR a <<ROAR>>. Francis is getting closer.

32 TIMMYFrancis is coming! You two gotta hide! I wish you looked like school kids!

POOF! They look like themselves, but with caps over crowns and backpacks over wings. Francis wheels around a corner. Invisible Timmy stands right next to him.

33 FRANCISAwright, Turner... it’s time to...

(sees Cosmo and Wanda)Hey. Where’d Turner go?

34 COSMO Brown hair? Big teeth?

35 WANDAShort kid? Silly pink hat?

36 FRANCISYeah!

37 COSMO AND WANDANever heard of him.

38 FRANCIS

Well, when you see him, tell him I’m gonna give him my special year end punch... (to Cosmo’s chest)...or I’ll give it to you.

Timmy watches as Francis exits. Cosmo GULPS.

38A COSMO(gulps)

SFX: THE BELL RINGS - a sea of CHILDREN sweeps through the hallway, dragging Cosmo and Wanda away..

39 WANDATimmy!

ON INVISIBLE TIMMY - getting swept in the other direction atop a DIFFERENT SEA OF KIDS.

40 TIMMYCool! I’m invisible! That means--(beat) Well, I get to do invisible stuff.

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. BOYS LOCKER ROOM - LATER

A bunch of terrified JOCKS - wearing nothing but towels - run screaming from the room and into the hallway.

41 JOCKSAaaaaagh!!!! Haunted Locker Room!!!

Invisible Timmy pokes his head out of the room and smiles.

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. GIRL’S LOCKER ROOM - LATER

Hold on door for a beat. Invisible Timmy - covering his eyes - runs screaming from the room and into the hallway.

42 TIMMYAaaaaagh! I’m in the wrong bathroom!

TWO TEN YEAR OLD GIRLS - fully dressed mind you - poke their heads out and look into the hallway.

43 GIRL #1Wow. I could’ve sworn there was an invisible boy in here.

44 GIRL #2Me too.

They look at each other.

45 GIRL#1 AND GIRL#2AAAAA! GHOST BOY!!!

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. A CLASSROOM - LATER

A TEACHER points to a CHALKBOARD, explaining some algebra equation. INVISIBLE TIMMY stands by the board and prepares to rake his nails against it.

46 TEACHER And if you take the sum of the corners, and add them to my salary, you get... (beat) that’s not a lot.

Timmy rakes his nails against the blackboard with a SCREECH! Everybody in the room covers their ears.

47 KID #1AAA! That noise!

48 KID #2It’s coming from nowhere!

49 TEACHERIt’s the haunted chalkboard!

50 ALL IN ROOMAAAAAAA!!!!!!!

50A TIMMY(stifling impolite laughter)

They all leave the room screaming in terror. Invisible Timmy covers his mouth, stifling impolite laughter.

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. LUNCH ROOM - LATER

Cosmo and Wanda are sitting next to Chester and AJ. Cosmo, Wanda and AJ have LUNCH BOXES. Chester has a brown paper BAG. In the BG, various KIDS: the teacher, the locker room girls, etc. run around in terror. The school is haunted.

51 AJI don’t recall ever seeing you two floating kids before? Where are you from?

52 WANDAEver been to Europe?

53 AJNo.

54 COSMOThen we’re from Europe!

The two girls from the Girls’ room run by.

55 GIRL#1 AND GIRL#2AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! The school! It’s haunted!

56 CHESTERThat’s nuts.

57 AJPreposterous. Ghosts don’t exist.

Chester pulls SOMETHING out of his lunch bag.

58 CHESTER(sadly) Government cheese.

Cosmo notices that Chester is bummed.

59 COSMOHey! I love government standard products. Wanna trade?

60 CHESTERWhattya got?

61 COSMOWhattya want?

CUT TO:

EXT. SCHOOL - SECONDS LATER

Chester sits behind the wheel of a fully loaded HOVER CRAFT. AJ is in the passenger seat.

62 CHESTERThanks, floating European kid!

(to car)Punch it, Chewie!

Chester peels away and we see Cosmo and Wanda on the steps of the school.

63 WANDAAww..that was really sweet of you!

We HEAR a Crash OS.

64 COSMOWhat? I like Cheese!

Cosmo starts to take a bite of the cheese when Francis grabs it from Cosmo’s hand.

65 COSMO Hey! That’s my cheese!

66 FRANCISNo, it’s your face if I don’t find Turner before the end of the day.

Francis punches the cheese into a gooey pile.

67 WANDAThat’s not nice!

68 COSMOYeah! I’ll be mushy and inedible!

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. TIMMY’S CLASS - LATER

Chester and AJ stand in front of a live, blinking FROG on a dissection board. AJ gives a dissection knife to Chester.

69 AJI’m not dissecting it! You do it!

Chester hands the knife back to AJ.

70 CHESTERI’m not dissecting it, you dissect it!

71 FRANCIS (OS)Out of the way, Geeks.

Francis, wearing a surgical mask and gloves, shoves them OS.

ON GARBAGE CAN with lid open - INVISIBLE TIMMY stands next to the can as Chester and AJ fly in and land inside.

72 TIMMYNobody does that to my friends as long as I can’t be seen defending them!

Timmy storms towards Francis.

ON FRANCIS - HOLDING THE TERRIFIED FROG

73 FRANCISHeh! This is what’d I’d do to Turner if he was a frog!

Before Francis can do anything to the Frog, Invisible Timmy grabs the frog and floats it in front of Francis. To everyone else, it looks like the frog is floating.

74 TIMMYHey! Pick on someone your own species!

Timmy uses the frog to beat the daylights out of Francis.

75 FRANCISOOF! OW! OUCH! OW! STOP!!!

ON CHESTER AND AJ popping out of the garbage can.

76 CHESTERAre you seeing what I’m seeing?

77 AJThe ghost frog beating up Francis? Yeah!

They look at each other.

78 CHESTER AND AJAWESOME! (THEN) Ghost Frog! The school IS haunted! AAAA!!!!!

78A KIDS(scream in terror)

Every kid in the class runs out of the room in terror except for Francis, who is next to the garbage can, getting “kicked” by the frog.

PULL BACK TO REVEAL Mister Crocker standing nearby, observing the scene.

79 MR. CROCKERThat child with the over-active pituitary gland is getting beaten up by a floating frog.

(beat)Yay.

(beat)

80 MR. CROCKER (CONT.)But wait, frogs don’t float. Or beat up children. There’s only one logical explanation! Timmy Turner has wished himself invisible with the help of his FAIRY GODPARENTS!!!

Crocker exits giddily. ON TIMMY, smiling.

81 TIMMYOh, I have to spook him once...

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. TEACHER’S LOUNGE - LATER

Timmy follows Crocker into the teacher’s lounge. Principal WAXELPLAX is speaking to the frightened teacher from the chalkboard moment.

82 TEACHERPrincipal Waxelplax, I’m telling you, the school is haunted! Haunted!

Crocker is at his locker, suiting up in GHOSTBUSTER like gear. He has infrared GOGGLES on top of his head!

83 CROCKERBy Fairies!

84 WAXELPLAXKnock it off, both of you! I don’t want anything freaking out the children during the awards ceremony!

Several of the JOCKS, still in towels, run through scene.

85 JOCKSAAAAAA! GHOSTS!

86 WAXELPLAXToo late.

ON INVISIBLE TIMMY

87 TIMMYOh my gosh! I totally forgot about the ceremony! If I don’t show up in person, I won’t get my award! And I can’t “show up” if I’m invisible!

ON CROCKER lowering his goggles and muttering.

88 CROCKERWith the help of my heat seeking fairy goggles, I’ll be able to find this invisible boy! But where to look... where to look...

Crocker’s POV: a HEAT outline of Timmy runs out the door.

89 CROCKER (VO)Turner.

CUT TO:

INT. SCHOOL HALLWAY - A LITTLE LATER

Invisible Timmy is walking down the hallway.

90 TIMMYWhere the heck are Cosmo and Wanda?

Timmy sees Francis holding a KID by the neck.

91 FRANCISYou’re not Turner, but I’ll bet your bones break like his.

Timmy nervously and quietly slinks up to where Francis is, grabs a nearby locker door and swings it open, smashing Francis in the face and pinning him against another locker. The kid drops to the ground and watches as the locker doors pound Francis all by themselves.

92 KID #1Cool! (beat) AAAAAA!

The kid runs around a corner. He passes Crocker who is now decked out in makeshift Ghost-buster gear.

93 KID #1 HAUNTED LOCKER!

ON FRANCIS AND INVISIBLE TIMMY

94 FRANCISWHO DID THAT? WHERE ARE YOU?

Francis looks around -- he’s inches away from Timmy, who cowers, even though he’s invisible. TIMMY GULPS.

94A TIMMY(gulps)

95 FRANCISI am SO gonna take this out on Turner after school...

96 TIMMY(to self)

Oh, man! If I show up for the assembly, he’s gonna wail on me worse than before!

He’s still unaware of Crocker’s presence as he looks at a clock on the wall. It’s 2:30 p. m.

97 TIMMYAnd I’m running out of time! I’ve gotta find Cosmo and Wanda!

CUT TO:

INT. SPANISH CLASS - SAME TIME

ON COSMO AND WANDA -- both wearing SOMBREROS and shaking MARACAS.

98 SPANISH TEACHERDonde esta el queso de Governmente? (Where is the government cheese?)

99 COSMOAqui! (Here!)

(to Wanda)Tengo un puerco en mis chonies!

100 WANDA

You have a hog in your shorts?

Cosmo pulls a HOG from his shorts.

101 COSMOSi!

102 SPANISH TEACHERThen you get extra credit!

Cosmo and Wanda shake their maracas with glee.

103 COSMO AND WANDA(Happy Spanish walla)

WIDEN TO REVEAL FRANCIS, pounding his fist. Cosmo sinks.

104 COSMO(sadly)

Ai! El nino grande me va a pegar a mi y a mi puerco!

105 WANDAThat’s right. The big kid is going to kill you and your pig. And I’ll miss you both.

105A PIG(squeals sadly)

The pig SQUEALS sadly.

CUT TO:

INT. HALLWAY - SAME TIME

ON TIMMY - looking through doors to find Cosmo and Wanda.

106 TIMMY(whispered)

Cosmo? Wanda? Where are you?

107 CROCKER (VO)Aha!

CROCKER’S POV - We see Timmy as an Infrared HEAT OUTLINE. Crocker jumps out from around the corner and shoots a butterfly net out of his ghost-buster gun towards Timmy.

108 TIMMYAAA! He can see me through those goggles!

Timmy sidesteps the net and runs OS.

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. AUDITORIUM - A LITTLE LATER

The place is jammed with freaked out PARENTS and FAMILY MEMBERS. Pan over to see Mom and Dad, sitting in their car, which is parked in the middle of the audience.

109 PARENTS(NERVOUS THE SCHOOL IS HAUNTED WALLA)

110 MOMI love awards ceremonies! I’ve never missed one! Hey! I’ve got perfect attendance like Timmy!

111 DADGood thing the ghosts can’t reach us in the car!

DAD HONKS the horn! A PARENT freaks and runs OS.

112 PARENT #1AAA! GHOST HORN!

CUT TO:

INT. HALLWAY - SAME TIME

Invisible Timmy runs for his life, dodging the various “traps” Crocker fires at him from his Ghost-buster gun.

113 TIMMYAAAGH!

SFX: WE HEAR THE BELL RING

114 TIMMY The ceremony!

Timmy continues running. The Camera follows him as he dives into:

CUT TO:

INT. SCHOOL KITCHEN - SAME TIME

Timmy dodges various PLUNGERS and the other KID-SAFE THINGS Crocker fires at him. A PLUNGER hits a big CAN of tomato juice, making it leak. Timmy dodges it.

A SECOND PLUNGER knocks over a wall of tuna fish cans. Timmy ducks out of the way. Timmy is in a corner. Crocker approaches with the net.

115 CROCKEROnce I capture you, Little Ghost Boy, I will finally be able to prove that fairies exist!

Crocker raises his butterfly NET, catching a gigantic BAG OF FLOUR on a shelf. It explodes. Timmy runs.

CROCKER’S POV: Flour footprints run from the scene.

ON CROCKER - He has patches of flour on his body. His Plunger firing gun is FILLED WITH FLOUR.

116 CROCKER You’ll never escape me!

CUT TO:

AUDITORIUM DOORS - SECONDS LATER

Timmy looks through the door and sees Cosmo and Wanda in the front row, still in their Spanish Class outfits.

117 TIMMY There they are! And they’re Spaniards!

Timmy runs into the auditorium.

ON COSMO AND WANDA in the front row. Francis approaches.

118 FRANCISWell, I can’t find Turner. Guess what that means?

119 WANDAYou have poor detective skills?

Francis grabs Cosmo around the neck. Invisible Timmy runs into scene. Crocker - still wearing the goggles - runs in and stops right behind Timmy.

CROCKER’S POV - he still sees Timmy as a heat outline.

ON CROCKER

120 MR. CROCKERAha! I’ve got you now, invisible boy!

Crocker points his gun at Timmy.

121 TIMMY(whispered to Wanda)

I don’t know what to do! If I wish myself visible, Francis’ll kill me!

122 WANDAAnd if you don’t?

123 TIMMYThen I don’t get my award--

ON FRANCIS AND COSMO - Cosmo’s about to take a lickin’

124 TIMMY --And Cosmo gets hit because I’m being a coward. And that’s not fair.

(whispered to Wanda)I wish I was visible!

Wanda waves her wand. Timmy becomes visible. At the same time, Crocker fires his gun... but it’s jammed with flour. It explodes, filling the scene with white, fluffy smoke. The smoke clears to reveal Timmy, now visible and Crocker, covered with flour.

ON MOM AND DAD AND IN THE CAR

125 DADWow! Does our son know how to make an entrance or what?

125A DAD AND MOM(cheer)

They honk their horn and cheer.

ON TIMMY

Crocker, still wearing the goggles, grabs Timmy.

126 MR. CROCKERI have you now!

CROCKER’S POV - Timmy is still a heat outline.

127 MR. CROCKER Behold! Fairy Godparents do exist, and as proof, I show you...

WIDE SHOT

Crocker holds the clearly visible Timmy up, waving him in front of the audience.

128 MR. CROCKER ...an invisible boy!

Waxelplax grabs Timmy away and puts him down.

129 MRS. WAXELPLAXCrocker! You’re the ghost!

ON CROWD OF PARENTS

130 PARENTS(ANGRY YOU FREAKED US OUT WALLA)

ON CROCKER AND WAXELPLAX

131 CROCKERNo! It was Turner! TURNER!!!

132 MRS. WAXELPLAXYou covered yourself in flour to make us think ghosts and fairies were real!

(beat; then)Security!

133 MR. CROCKERNo! NOOO!

Crocker runs OS, chased by SECURITY GUARDS.

134 AUDIENCE(CHEERING WALLA AND APPLAUDS)

ON COSMO AND WANDA

135 WANDAI love a good opening act!

ON WAXELPLAX AND TIMMY ON STAGE

136 MRS. WAXELPLAXAnd the winner of this year’s perfect attendance medal, is the “invisible” Timmy Turner!

She hangs a large medal around Timmy’s neck. The crowd cheers as Timmy smiles proudly.

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. HALLWAY - LATER

Timmy stands next to Cosmo and Wanda.

137 COSMOCongratulations on your award, Timmy and thanks for letting me not get wailed on!

Francis walks up.

138 FRANCISYeah, congratulations, Turner. Ready for your OTHER award?

139 TIMMYI’m not letting my pals get beaten up instead of me, Francis.

140 FRANCISYou’re not afraid?

141 TIMMYOf course I am! I’m just not running away from you anymore.

142 FRANCISWow. That’s pretty noble.

Timmy smiles.

143 FRANCIS Still gonna wail on you, though. Here it comes!

144 TIMMYOh man...

Timmy closes his eyes and Francis hits him as hard as he can in the chest... accidentally punching the medal.

145 FRANCIS Ow! My hand!

Francis punches with his other hand, hitting the medal.

146 FRANCIS

Ow! My other hand!

147 TIMMYThank you, medal!

Francis plows his head, etc. into the medal.

148 FRANCIS Ow my head! Ow my spleen...

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. MOM AND DAD’S CAR - A LITTLE LATER

Timmy sits in the back seat admiring his now bent medal. Cosmo and Wanda are little, plastic, BOUNCY-HEADED DOGGIES on the back window.

149 MOMWow! We sure are proud of you, Timmy!

150 DADYeah! And look at that neat, dented medal you got! In my day, all we got were the cruddy, un-dented ones!

151 MOMAnything interesting happen on your last day of school?

152 TIMMYNot really...

EXT. SCHOOL - SAME TIME

Mom and Dad’s car drives past a PADDY WAGON, into which both Crocker and Francis are being loaded.

153 TIMMY (OS)...in fact, if you didn’t know any better, it’s like I wasn’t even there!

153A COSMO, WANDA, TIMMY(laugh)

The car drives away into the sunset. Cosmo, Wanda and Timmy laugh.

FADE OUT.
