CAST LIST FOR LITTLE MERMAID
TYSON LABEL COLLECTION Did you know St Louis is having a Tyson label collection contest? As a school, we are trying to collect 100 Tyson labels by May. So far, we have received 25 labels. These can be found on various Tyson chicken products (see attached for sample labels). Help us reach our goal, and students will receive an out of uniform day! SPOTLIGHT ON TECHNOLOGY iPads are as cool as ice! That's right, fourth graders are using their iPads to make iMovie trailers that contain figurative language. Mrs. Weigel's reading group has been studying figurative language. Her students share the information learned by creating an iMovie trailer. Students researched examples of idioms, personification, hyperbole, etc. and included them in their trailer. They then shared the trailer with their class. Interesting information included in an iMovie on the iPad.
