    comprehending the extent to which employees are able to imbibe the concept during training by taking feedback ofemployees who had attended the programmes through survey as well as map the usability of the programme to

    make training & development more effective. It includes identifying the percentage improvement of each plant /unit in overall skill, which is required to be more focused for training & development.
