t for continual improvement for Kurt Postma’s
dad who is now recovering at home and for Barry
Dekker’s mom who continues rehab at Mary Free
Bed for injuries from being hit by a car;
t for healing for Annette Stone’s mom, Gloria
Maichele, who is now receiving home health care

Sr. High Tonight at 6:30 pm: It’s Game Night! There will be food, great games and a lesson. Invite a friend! (There will be no youth group
on November 30.)
Jr. High: There will be no Jr. High Youth Group this Wednesday but plan to join us the following Wednesday for “Create Night.”
YOUTH GROUP CHRISTMAS PARTIES COMING UP!

Bring a $5-$10 gift for exchange.
PARENTS: Please sign up at the youth counter to provide part of the meal.
The L.I.G.H.T.S. Coffee House is open every Sunday
before and after church in the Youth Room featuring
expresso, cappuccino, latte, mocha, fruit smoothies,
juices, and other snacks for purchase.
Regular coffee is free!
DIRECTOR/COORDINATOR NEEDED FOR 2015 VBS!
If you have an interest in heading up our next Vacation Bible School, please talk to Connie Bean, Lynn Van Kampen, Laurie Hoek or Donna Bronsink.
Congratulations to two of our Sunday School
classes who have completed their first goal for
Heifer International! Our 3 year-1st Grade class
has purchased their Flock of Chicks for $20 and
our 4th-5th Grade class has purchased their
Trio of Rabbits for $60. You are all awesome!!!
Don’t forget…. The Holland Sentinel is donating Sunday newspapers to the church in support
of youth outreach. Pick up a paper (for a donation) at the front door today!
And Parkside participates with Beacon of Hope in supplying canned goods and
non-perishables for those in need. Bring your items to church and put them in
the basket located near the Children’s Ministry Counter.
NEXT SUNDAY Be sure to join us next Sunday morning for a Service of
Thanks with Pastor Gary Spykerman!
WEDNESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY There will be no Wednesday night
Bible Study this week; however, plan to join us on December 3 at 7:00 p.m.
as we resume “The Grace by Which We Stand” taught by Harold Kimbel.
The class meets in Room A-3 in the new addition.
ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS Our adult Sunday School class taught
by Harold Kimbel, “Left Behind-The Book of Hebrews” meets every Sunday
at 9:30 a.m. Invite your friends to be part of this study.
WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY & COOKIE EXCHANGE Ladies, the women’s
Bible study with Kathy Molenkamp from Grace Bible College will be held on
December 7th in the sanctuary from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The topic is “Biblical
Truths about God, Yourself and Others.” Get into the Word, enjoy some
great snacks with your lady friends. Plan to attend and invite your friends.
This will be also be a Cookie Exchange so bring a dozen cookies with
you to share and exchange with others!
WOMEN’S BINGO CHRISTMAS POTLUCK All ladies are invited to a fun
night out on Friday, December 5, at 5:30 pm at the church! It’s a potluck
so sign up at the Women’s Counter to attend and bring a dish to pass. Also
bring 2 wrapped gifts of around $5.00 each as we’ll be playing BINGO and
you’ll be going home with 2 gifts! This is a great way to build friendships in
the church and get to know some of the ladies a little more intimately.
