This presentation aims at providing guidelines for
determining the appropriate configuration for HSDPAscheduler in order to help the O&M team to correct potentialinconsistencies in the Telcel Network
It is worth noting that changes on the standard configurations
might be applied in some cases for specific site requirements, for this an exception list shall be created
