BEER AND CIDERGage Roads Pils 3.5% $7Perth, 3.5% Gage Pils 3.5 displays all the distinctive qualities of a refreshing European Pilsner. A clean refreshing beer with a well-balanced, crisp, hop bitterness. A light spicy aroma with hints of fresh pine is a consequence of the traditional hops used from Czech, US and NZ.

Cheeky Monkey Australian Lager $8Margaret River, 4.6%Brewed with Australian Summer Hops, this lager has hints of crackers and is refreshingly crisp and dry with a light citrus kick. A great lager to enjoy anytime of the year.

Homestead Brewery Kaiser’s Choice $8 Swan Valley, 5% Kaisers Choice is brewed using German decoction methods. This unique Hefeweizen wheat beer is developed from traditional brewing techniques using German malts, hops and yeast. It is a soft beer with just the right amount of banana and light spices.

Feral Brewery Hop Hog $9 Swan Valley, 5.8% Hop Hog is a superb recreation of the IPAs that originate in the Pacific Northwest of the US. Massive pine needle and citrus aromas waft from its glowing copper-orange body, with the hops also supplying a seriously impressive bitterness, all kept in check by the perfect malt backbone.

Core Cider Meltdown (Sparkling Apple) $8 Pickering Brook, 5% Semi-dry cider using fresh apples, mostly of the red variety, added carbonation gives this modern cider a refreshing mouth feel.

WINE AND NON- ALCOHOLICSwings & Roundabouts Backyard Stories Sparkling NV Pinot Chardonnay, Yallingup, 12.5% $10 The Backyard Stories NV Pinot Chardonnay has been bottle fermented and aged to create a traditional and elegant sparkling wine, that is ready to be consumed without further bottle maturation. It boasts a very pale coral pink colour and attractive aromas of fresh perfume. Full bodied, balanced and complex with a great surge of flavour at the start.

Alkoomi White Label Riesling 2017 $8 Frankland River, 12% A classic cool climate, aromatic wine featuring delicate varietal flavours of grapefruit with a sherbety acidity providing freshness and length on the palate. Aromas of citrus peel, white flowers and musk with a brilliant pale straw with green flecks colour. A slow, even ripening wine with great flavour development at low sugar levels.

Flametree Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2016 $8 Dunsborough, 13% SRS Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2016 shows fragrances of lychee, lime, lemon grass and stone fruits. The Lychee notes and white nectarine provide a burst of flavour on the palate complemented with hints of fresh cut herbs. A nice cross section of fruit flavours, fresh acidity and hints of savoury complexity are the hallmarks of the 2016 SBS.

Flametree SRS Wallcliffe Chardonnay 2016 $10 Dunsborough, 13% SRS Chardonnay 2016 shows lovely purity and freshness of fruit together with some savoury notes from the solids and wild ferment. Classic grapefruit and dried pear fruits give way to barrel ferment and sulphide complexities.

Mandoon Estate Cabernet Merlot 2015 $8 Swan Valley, 14% The Estate Cabernet Merlot is made from handpicked fruit grown in the North Block at Bramley Research Station in Margaret River. A deep red with a vibrant purple hue, sweet flavours of cassis, blackberry and plum are complimented by fine and ripe tannins. The rich and soft palate of the wine shows great intensity and balance which lasts into a long and persistent finish.

A deep ruby red wine with a crimson hue, intense flavours of blackcurrant with hints of dark chocolate and spice complement the bright fruit flavours.
