The Bisleri trust called the Jayanti Lal Chauhan Trust(JCERT) works extensively in areas of ground wateraugmentation and rain water harvesting. JCERT hassuccessfully completed 35 projects of check damconstruction, mostly in the state of Gujarat. Through theseprojects JCERT has managed to conserve 10 billion litres ofrain water.
The Trust also aids several non governmentorganizations, which work in the areas of water
conservation especially in rural India. In 2010, 500 tones of pet bottles recycled, by 2011 they
planned for 1000 tones.

Conclusion
Bottled water can cost more per gallon than tap water.
Plastic bottles can leach chemicals into the water if left inthe sun, heated up, or reused several times which createsvarious health problems.
Bottled water is a drain on the environment: More than 80percent of recyclable plastic bottles end up in landfills eachyear.
Bottled water means garbage: it produces up to 1.5 million
tons of plastic waste per year that plastic requires up to 47million gallons of oil per year to produce.
