Unrivalled PerformanceThe impressive payload-range capability is

provided by the combination of high useful load

with two fuel efficient next generation Pratt & Whitney PW207C turboshaft engines, delivering a total

of up to 1,630 shp. The new main and tail rotor systems offer low internal and external noise, well

below the ICAO requirements, and a cruise speed in excess of 160 knots (300 km/h). In a typical

lay-out, six passengers can comfortably fly distances up to 890 km (480 nm).

The design features a cocoon-type airframe, with crash-resistant fuel systems,

but also crash-resistant seats for passengers and crew. All the core systems are

duplicated and offer redundancy, whilst the powerplant, controlled by FADEC, enables

safe flight even in single engine condition. The cockpit has been carefully considered to

offer the pilot an ergonomic and low-workload position, and excellent external visibility.
