Stronger Together Clark County management has a CORE VALUE to honor the public trust & act with integr ity. When Clark County management makes unilateral changes to our working conditions, it is committing an unfair labor practice which is prohibited by law. Despite clear requirements in both the CBA with Local 1107 and existing law, the County immediately revoked union leave time and last week stated it will stop processing pay and benefit increases under the existing CBA.
