The West Shamokin Lady Wolves have been shatter-ing school records all sea-son, and now in their first state playoff game the Lady Wolves will look to continue their success.
The Lady Wolves are coming off of a huge win
against Tyrone in the PIAA District 6 3A Champion-ship- West Shamokin routed the Golden Eagles 58-42.
On the other side of the coin, the Lady Wolves oppo-nent in round 1 of states will be the Charleroi Cougars. The Cougars are looking to rebound off a 65-35 blowout against Neshannock - the Cougars last played on Feb-ruary 25.
West Shamokin comes into this game with a school record 24-2 record, while the Cougars enter the game 18-5.
