    ots marks the first time division opponents that are tiedfor the best record met in the 12th game of the seasonor later since 12/9/01 when San Francisco played St.Louis -- both teams were 9-2 and tied with Pittsburghand Chicago for the NFLs best record.

    The Jets travel their fourth ranked scoring defense toFoxborough, Massachusetts to face the NFLs highestscoring offense. Last week the Jets held the Bengals to34 yards on 28 plays in the second half en route to a26-10 victory on Thanksgiving day. For the season, theJets allow 296.9 yards a game, third best in the NFL,and 5.97 yard per pass play, fifth best in the league.

    Quarterbacks (3), Returning Starter (1)Coach Matt Cavanaugh:Mark Sanchez made his 25th regular season start vs. HST(11/21) and completed 22-of-38 passes for 315 yards andthree touchdowns with one interception for a 100.2 passerrating. It was his second career 300-yard passing game. Asa starter, Sanchez owns a record of 17-9 during the regu-lar season and an 19-10 mark, including the postseason.During Weeks 9-11, all Jets wins, Sanchez threw for 950yards on 71-of-121 passing with six touchdowns and threeinterceptions for an 89.9 rating. For the season, Sanchez hasregistered an 81.9 passer rating, connecting on 201-of-364passes for 2,472 yards and 16 touchdowns with eight in-terceptions. His first career 300-yard passing game came inWeek Nine at DET (11/7), when he recorded 336 yards, onetouchdown and one interception on 22-of-39 passing.     QB MARK SANCHEZ

    In just his second-career start, Sanchez helped the Jets snapa string of eight straight home losses to the Patriots. In the

    game, Sanchez completed 14-of-22 passes (63.6%) for 163yards, one touchdown, no interceptions and a passer rat-ing of 101.1. In the first matchup against New England thisseason, Sanchez completed 21-of-30 passes for 220 yards,three touchdowns, no interceptions and a regular-season ca-reer-best 124.3 passer rating. In three games against the Pa-triots, Sanchez has thrown for 519 yards on 58.9% passingwith five touchdowns, four interceptions and an 80.8 rating.

    RB LaDAINIAN TOMLINSON

    In eight contests against New England, Tomlinson has rushedfor 746 yards and seven scores on 150 carries (5.0 avg.),

    adding another 217 yards on 24 receptions. His best gameagainst the Pats came on September 29, 2002, when hegained 217 yards and two touchdowns on 27 carries.     CB DARRELLE REVIS

    In seven career games against New England, Revis hasamassed 31 tackles, two interceptions and seven passesdefended. In the first matchup this season, he departed at
