Furthermore, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the forgoing entities and persons from any and all liability resulting from the conduct of entrants, guests, or persons assisting the entrant under the direction of the entrant. Each entrant, car owner, spouse and/or guests agree to permit The American Legion Post 178 the use of names and/or photographs for publicity, advertising and commercial promotions before, during and after the event and hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photograph taken in conjunction with this event.
