Great leaders inspire, negotiate, persuade and influence - still,
the best leaders are the ones who are in awe of their associates
potential. 2 All human beings, not just leaders, want to be
respected, valued and listened to. treat them accordingly and youll
win their hearts. 3 Dont confuse personal power with position
power. As a leader, who you are always trumps the title on your
