Don’t confuse a goal with a priority, for the correct priorities describe a specific outcome
and include some goals and timelines that help describe it. Limit it to no more than 5.

The best leaders are obsessed with sourcing and hiring the best talent. They hardly hire generic, high caliber individuals. Rather, they
clearly define the success criteria of the role and interview against it.
