ACCURATE phenolic partitions are the material of choice wheredurability and strength are required. These partitions are fabricat-ed to stand the test of time. The dense components, combinedwith stainless steel brackets and fasteners, stand up to the mostextreme conditions of moisture and humidity. Phenolic is impact,water, and corrosion resistant, and does not support bacteria.

The phenolic partition is decoratively faced on both sides as anintegral part of a resin-impregnated kraft paper core. The surfacesheets are fused at high temperature and pressure. In addition tostrength and serviceability, a wide range of colors provides limit-less design flexibility. ACCURATE phenolic partitions are avail-able in all four design styles.

Thepartitions are composed of strong #304 stainless steelwith a #4 satin or textured finish, formed and bondedunder pressure to a sound-deadening honeycomb core.The face sheets are held rigid and permanently in place byan interlocking strip welded at each corner.

The hybrid epoxy/polyester powder is electrostatically applied for uni-form thickness over cold-rolled commercial quality (CRCQ) galvan-nealed, stretcher-leveled steel. 2.01 Doors, Panels, Pilaster and Urinal Screens—Shall be 1" thick (door and panels 55" high, pilasters 82"high) HDPE polymer that is water resistant and non-absorbent. A heat sink shall be attached to the bottomof all doors and panels.2.02 Material—The HDPE material shall havehomogenous color throughout each component withedges machined to a 1/4” radius. Self-lubricating sur-face shall resist markings from pens, pencils and otherwriting instruments.2.03 Color—Will be selected from Accurate’s fullrange of standard designer colors.2.04 Door Hardware—Shall include Accurateheavy duty wraparound cam-action hinge set thatpermits door to return to a pre-set position whennot locked. Doors and pan-els shall be mounted 14" above the finished floor.3.02 Warranty—Accurate Partitions Corp. guaran-tees its solid plastic HDPE partitions against break-age, corrosion, and delamination for 15 YEARS fromthe date of receipt by the customer. If material isfound defective during that period, the materialshall be replaced free of charge. No credits orallowances shall be issued for any labor or expens-es relating to the replacement of components cov-ered under the warranty plan.

Plastic Laminate PartitionsFloor Anchored/Overhead Braced Mounting Style

1.01 Work IncludedA- The toilet partitions shall be plastic laminate withfloor anchored/overhead braced mounting style asmanufactured by Accurate Partitions Corp., LyonsIllinois.B- Furnish all labor and materials necessary for com-pletion of work in this section as shown in theapproved drawings and specified herein.1.02 Related Work—Specified elsewhere shallinclude accessories and anchorage/blocking for attach-ment of partitions.

2.01 Doors, Panels and Urinal Screens—Shallhave a finished thickness of 1" with decorative plasticlaminate applied to 7/8" thick particleboard. 2.02 Pilasters—Shall have a finished thickness of 11/4" with decorative plastic laminate applied to 1 1/8"thick particleboard.2.03 Material—Doors, panels, pilasters and urinalscreens shall be fabricated from 45-pound density, resinimpregnated 7/8" thick particleboard. Decorative plasticlaminate shall be applied to the particleboard with a non-toxic, water resistant adhesive under high pressure. Allcomponents shall be edge banded prior to face laminationto ensure moisture run-off and vandal resistance.2.04 Finish—All components shall have faces andedges covered with a decorative, vertical grade (.050thickness) laminate.2.05 Color—Will be selected from Accurate’s fullrange of standard designer colors.2.06 Door Hardware—Shall be Accurate cam-actionhinge that permits door to return to a pre-set positionwhen not locked. Hinge, strike and keeper shall bechromium plated Zamac to resist corrosion and throughbolted with vandal resistant barrel nuts and shoulderscrews. Cam-action hinge shall allow emergencyaccess by lifting the door from the bottom.2.07 Mounting Hardware—Chrome plated Zamacstirrup brackets shall be secured to walls and pilasterswith tamper resistant fasteners. Panels shall bethrough bolted with tamper resistant barrel nuts andshoulder screws.2.08 Construction Design—Partitions shall beanchored to the floor with 1/4”X1” steel mounting barattached to the bottom of the pilaster. Each mounting barshall be secured to the floor with 3/8” zinc plated bolts.Floor anchoring system shall be concealed by a type 304stainless steel trim shoe with a #4 finish. Aluminumheadrail with anti-grip profile shall provide overheadbracing and span all partitions and brace the end pilasterto the back wall.

3.01 Installation—Shall be installed in accordance tothe Accurate installation instructions with partitionsrigid, straight and plumb. Doors and panels shall bemounted 12" above the finished floor.3.02 Warranty—Accurate Partitions Corp. guaran-tees its plastic laminate partitions, properly main-tained, against discoloration or delamination for 2YEARS from the date of receipt by the customer. Ifmaterial is found defective during that period, thematerial shall be replaced free of charge. 1.01 Work IncludedA - The toilet partitions shall be "COLOR- THRU"phenolic material with floor anchored/overheadbraced mounting style as manufactured by AccuratePartitions Corp., Lyons, Illinois.B - Furnish all labor and materials necessary forcompletion of work in this section, as shown in theapproved drawings and specified herein.1.02 Related Work—Specified elsewhere, shallinclude accessories and anchorage/blocking forattachment of partitions.

2.01 Doors and Pilasters—Shall be solid phenolic corewith decorative surface sheet on both faces and an over-all thickness of 3/4%". Phenolic core color shall be thesame as the decorative surface sheets.2.02 Panels and Urinal Screens—Shall be solid phe-nolic core with decorative surface sheet on both facesand an overall thickness of W'. Phenolic core color shallbe the same as the decorative surface sheets.2.03 Material—Doors, panels, pilasters and urinalscreens shall be fabricated from phenolic material com-prised of multiple layers of resin-impregnated kraft paperwith a decorative surface sheet on both faces. Kraft paper,phenolic resin and decorative face sheets shall all be thesame color and shall be fused together under high temper-ature and pressure.2.04 Finish—All components shall be water-resistant.All edges shall be the same color as the face sheets andmachine-finished with chamfered edges.2.05 Color—Shall be selected from Accurate's fullrange of designer COLOR- THRU phenolic colors.2.06 Door Hardware—Shall be gravity cam-action hingethat permits door to return to a pre-set position when notlocked. Hinge, strike and keeper shall be cast stainless steelor Zamac with brushed finish to resist corrosion, and shallbe through-bolted to doors and pilasters with vandal-resis-tant stainless steel shoulder screws and barrel nuts. Cam-action hinge shall allow emergency access by lifting thedoor from the bottom.2.07 Mounting Hardware—Cast stainless steel orZamac stirrup brackets with brushed finish shall besecured to walls and pilasters with vandal-resistant stain-less steel fasteners. Panels shall be through-bolted withvandal-resistant stainless steel shoulder screws and bar-rel nuts.2.08 Construction Design—Partitions shall beanchored to floor by 1,4" x 1" stainless steel mountingbar attached to the bottom of each pilaster. Eachmounting bar shall be secured to floor with 3/8" zincplated bolts. Floor anchoring system shall be con-cealed by a type 304 stainless steel trim shoe with a#4 finish. Aluminum headrail with anti-grip profileshall provide overhead bracing and span all partitionsand brace the end pilaster to the back wall.

3.01 Installation—Material shall be installed inaccordance to manufacturer's installationinstructions with partitions rigid, straight andplumb. Doors and panels shall be mounted 12"above the finished floor.3.02 Warranty—Accurate Partitions Corp. guar-antees its COLOR-THRU phenolic partitions, whenproperly maintained, against delamination, break-age, or corrosion for 10 YEARS from the date ofreceipt by the customer. If material is found to bedefective during that period, the material shall bereplaced free of charge. No credits or allowancesshall be issued for any labor or expenses relating tothe replacement of components covered under thewarranty plan.

Stainless Steel PartitionsFloor Anchored Overhead/Braced Mounting Style

1.01 Work IncludedA- The toilet partitions shall be stainless steel withfloor anchored/overhead braced mounting style asmanufactured by Accurate Partitions Corp., LyonsIllinois.B- Furnish all labor and materials necessary forcompletion of work in this section as shown in theapproved drawings and specified herein.1.02 Related Work—Specified elsewhere shallinclude accessories and anchorage/blocking forattachment of partitions.

2.01 Doors, Panels, and Urinal Screens—Shall be 1" thick and fabricated from tension lev-eled 22 gauge type 304 stainless steel with a # 4finish bonded to sound deadening honeycombcore.2.02 Pilasters—Shall be 1 1/4" thick, 82" high,and fabricated from tension leveled 22 gaugetype 304 stainless steel with a # 4finish bonded to sound deadening honeycombcore.2.03 Material—Doors, panels, pilasters, andurinal screens shall be manufactured with aresin impregnated honeycomb core that is bond-ed under pressure to the stainless steel with anon-toxic adhesive to ensure solid constructionand sound attenuation. All the stainless steelcomponents shall be assembled with a continu-ous roll-formed interlocking, 22-gauge stainlesssteel crown molding welded and ground smoothat the corners.2.04 Finish—All components shall be 304stainless steel with a # 4 finish and include aPVC film for protection during shipment andinstallation.2.05 Door Hardware—Shall include bottomhinge with adjustable cam that permits door toreturn to a pre-set position when not locked.Hinge, strike and keeper shall be chromiumplated Zamac to resist corrosion and throughbolted with vandal resistant barrel nuts andshoulder screws. Door hardware shall permitemergency access from the outside of the parti-tion. Doors for handicapped compartments shallbe supplied with Accurate ADA paddle handles.2.06 Mounting Hardware—Chrome platedZamac stirrup brackets shall be used to mountpanels and pilasters. Mounting hardware shall besecured with vandal resistant screws.2.07 Construction Design—Partitions shallbe anchored to floor with one piece-mountingfork and include integral leveling bolt to provideproper height adjustment. Floor anchoring sys-tem shall be concealed by a type 304 stainlesssteel trim shoe with a #4 finish, secured withtwo metal clips integrated into the floor anchorassembly. Aluminum headrail with anti-grip pro-file shall provide overhead bracing and span allpartitions and brace the end pilaster to the backwall.3.01 Installation—Shall be installed in accor-dance to the Accurate installation instructionswith partitions rigid, straight and plumb. Doorsand panels shall be mounted 12" above the fin-ished floor.3.02 Warranty—Accurate Partitions Corp. guar-antees its stainless steel partitions, properlymaintained, against corrosion or discoloration for5 YEARS from the date of receipt by the cus-tomer. If material is found defective during thatperiod, the material shall be replaced free ofcharge. No credits or allowances shall be issuedfor any labor or expenses relating to the replace-ment of components covered under the warrantyplan.

Powder Coated Steel PartitionsFloor Anchored/Overhead Braced Mounting Style

2.01 Doors, Panels, and Urinal Screens—Shall be 1" thick and fabricated from tension-lev-eled, cold rolled commercial quality 22 gaugegalvannealed steel, bonded to sound deadeninghoneycomb core.2.02 Pilasters—Shall be 1 1/4" thick, 82" high,and fabricated from tension-leveled, cold rolledcommercial quality 22 gauge galvannealed steel,bonded to sound deadening honeycomb core.2.03 Material—Doors, panels, pilasters and uri-nal screens shall be manufactured with a honey-comb core bonded to the steel with a non-toxicadhesive to ensure solid construction and soundattenuation. All four components shall be assem-bled with a continous roll-formed interlockingcrown molding, with the corners brazed andground smooth.2.04 Finish—Doors, panels, pilasters, and urinalscreens shall be power washed and phosphatetreated for maximum finish color adhesion. All com-ponents shall be finished with a hybrid epoxy/poly-ester powder, electrostatically applied to ensureuniform thickness and baked to cure.2.05 Color—Shall be selected from Accurate’sfull range of standard designer colors.2.06 Door Hardware —Shall include bottomhinge with adjustable cam that permits door toreturn to a pre-set position when not locked.Hinge, strike and keeper shall be chromium plat-ed Zamac to resist corrosion and through boltedwith vandal resistant barrel nuts and shoulderscrews. Door hardware shall permit emergencyaccess from the outside of the partition. Doorsand panels shall be mounted 12" above the fin-ished floor.3.02 Warranty—Accurate Partitions Corp. guar-antees its powder coated steel partitions, prop-erly maintained, against chipping, flaking, crack-ing or discoloration for 3 YEARS from the date ofreceipt by the customer.
