anti-Semitism in a com-pletely different way.
Actor Peter Boyer, whoplays one of the business-men responsible for kid-napping the Hasidic Jew,said nobody would be of-fended if they looked pastthe anti-Semitic centralmessage and simply cameto realize the satirical na-ture of what is taking placein the film.
Somebody once told meif you dont catch any flack, oure not doing something
significant, said Pellin, whohosts Web casts at www.cha
adtube.comthat mimic thepresentation style of on Stewarts The Daily
Show.Pellin, a New York native,
is the lone actor in themovie that does not hailfrom the Baltimore area.
he rest of the cast featuresveteran actors, many of whom are regulars in there-gional theater scene. Stuntcoordinator and CarrollCounty native Jeff Wilhelmalso took part in Fridaysilming.Filming has already been
ompleted at an Owings
ills bagel shop and aikesville synagogue. Theemainder of the flick wille filmed at the Eldersburg
set, less than a mile away
from department and gro-cery stores off Md. 32 in El-dersburg.
Once filming is complete, producers will take twoweeks to complete thepost-production process. Jaffeesaid he plans on submittingthe low-budget movie forconsideration to the BerlinInternational Film Festival.Movie makers have also
started a Facebook page togenerate interest in the pro-duction.
Its going to be sad whenwe stopfilming, Jaffeesaid, because weveall reallybe-come a family.

ran who helped load bombsnto B-52 bombers duringhe Vietnam War still retainshe love of airplanes hes had
since he was a child.Beyond being in awe of the
lanes Shildt enjoys the op-ortunity he has to interactith the dwindling numberf World War II veterans thatome to see the planes eachear.I love to talk to the people
hat used to fly [the planes]nd work on them, he said.Phil Buddemeyer, of Cock-
ysville, said his interest waseaked by a television show
about the bombers and theircrews.
Now when the 69-year-oldsees the planes he cant helpbut to think about those thatflew the missions or kept theplanes in the air during thewar.
They had a job to do andthey did it, he said.
The guests werent theonly ones having a goodtime.
Stuart Eberhardt, who vol-unteers to fly the P-51 for the
foundation, said he loves fly-ing the powerful fighterplane that is considered oneof the greatest planes everbuilt.
All these bruises on myright arm are from when theytwist it to try to get me to flyit. They dont have to twistvery hard, Eberhardt said.
