It answers the question, “What was the earnings increase after one year of employment for participants?”

The Definition


The selection criteria for the wage gain report include two subsets.

2) Participants who had at least one hour of work and earned at least $5.15 an hour in wages during the quarter of completing services or the quarter after completing services, and one year later.
