PP Series SNO\fl uPVC pipes are equivalent to BS3505 (class E,D,C,B),ASl177 and MS62B standards.

Pipes are manufactured in compliance with SSl41. These pipes have been granted approval for

use in the Republic of Singapore by the Public lltilities Board, Singapore.

Pipes are used for drinking water, cold water distribution and industrial water systems with applica-

tion pressure at 1.5,1.2,0.9,0.6 MPa and temperature at25oC.

Pipes arc zuitable for u.se with SNOV fittings complying with SS174: 1976 or equivalent toBS4346 and$L477 .

INTRODUCTION

The JB Series uPVC Pressure Pipe Seal is a break-through for both pipe manufacturers and systeminstallers.

. Dual hardness, one piece contruction.

. Designed to be retained inside the bell, yet canbe removed for cleaning if necessary prior toassembly.

. Easy and safe installation procedure. One piececonstruction means no loose retaining ringsor devices.

APPLICATION

The exclusive lip and compression design ofJB Se-

ries prevents foreign particles from entering theioint.

2. Clean the socket of all dirt and water. JB Series isdesigned for removal, evenif supplied factory fitted. JBSeries can be re-inserted bysqueezing into aheaft shapeand placing it in the cleanedgfoove.

3. Apply lubricant to the spigot chamber end. DONOT lubricate the ring or the sealing groove as dis-placement of the ring may occur.

4. Slide the spigot into the socket.
