Re: 2020 Capital Fund Grant Certification of Compliance with Public Hearing
This letter is to certify that the IL071 – Pike County Housing Authority (PCHA) will conduct a public hearing in compliance with 24 CFR Part 905. This will be met with the timeline identified below.
4/1/2020 – It will be published in a local paper of PCHA's jurisdiction that the 2020 Capital Fund Grant draft will be available for a 45 day comment period. This advertisement is timed to run after the 2020 Capital Fund Grant draft is approved by the PCHA Board on 3/19/2020. All documents pertaining to the 2020 Capital Fund Grant draft will be available for review at both the PCHA office and website www.pikehousing.com.
5/19/2020 – PCHA will hold a Public Hearing at the PCHA office fielding all questions, comments, and concerns from participants and citizens regarding the 2020 Capital Fund Grant draft.
5/21/2020 - At its monthly Board Meeting on this date, PCHA will review all questions, comments, and concerns from the Public Hearing. Barring unforeseen circumstances, PCHA plans to ratify the 2020 Capital Fund Grant draft in full at this monthly Board Meeting. PCHA will maintain the 2020 CFP Grant submission for further review at the PCHA office.
