Functions of old interface modules are realized in FPA 5000 modules and additionally in LSNi interface modules

The various functions of the NSB100 will be divided into several variants of interface modules

Depending on the needed effort for the wiring (loop length), all interface module’s functions can already be realized through the corresponding FPA 5000 module

• Heat measurement detectors are used where theoperation of detectors with open detection systemsis prohibited, e.g. colour mixing equipment, silos,roller mills, refineries, airplane hangars, etc.• Should be installed so that they are protected against mechanical damage, but a good heat feed is possible nevertheless• Dust and dirt accumulations on the sensor tubeshould be avoided

• Heat measurement detectors are unsuitable for thefollowing areas of application:- Areas with high air currents, e.g. near airconditioning and ventilation equipment,- locations with direct sunlight.
