Safety is our Primary Value It is the right of every person to come home from work in the state

they arrived FREE FROM INJURY.

Our trades and engineering specific safety induction and

processes, ensure that all people we supply understand the

importance of safe work practices on site. Our outsourced

workforce undertake regular safety and workplace orientation

reviews and are active participants in the ongoing improvement of

safety systems that are so important to our clients.

Our WH&S Officer have formal safety qualifications and adhere to

all WH&S legislative requirements. These requirements are not our

benchmark they are a bare minimum.

Formal risk and hazard assessments together with detailed site

audits are minimum requirements we complete before Amalgam

Recruitment can agree to supply. We maintain this vigilance with

regular tool box talks, safety conversations and ongoing safety

training to minimize harm in the workplace.

In addition to the importance of following safety processes is

ensuring the competency of the tradespeople prior to placement.

We achieve this through a detailed reference checking system with

previous employers (not candidate nominated referees),

verification of qualifications through a third party and organising

appropriate testing (e.g. weld tests) where required.
