Program Overview
Tata Motors GeMS is 4 ½ month long online management development program
It is designed to equip Tata Motors junior executives with the skills, knowledge and perspectives essential to working effectively in managerial roles.
The programme is structured as a combination of approx. 48 online
classes and 2 days of physical classroom sessions to impart softer skills that cannot be effectively transmitted online.

There will be a time delay – Faculty presentations (ppts) and their speeches will not reach you instantly. Also, when you ask a question, there will be a slight delay before it reaches the faculty – so please be patientPlease make sure that you are in a room where there is no background noisePlease “log in’ into each session at least 10 minutes earlyIf system kicks you out during the session, please click on the link that has been sent to you for that session and you will be able to get inPlease use your headsets and not your computer speakers as far as possibleYou need a regular broadband connection to attend these sessions. Wireless connection will give you poor performance
