Accreditation

Under the leadership of Commissioner Rubenstein, the WVDOC has stressed consistency and “raising the bar” in regard to operational and administrative performance across all disciplines within the agency.

To that end, the WVDOC has committed to an agency-wide initiative using systematic internal and external accreditation audits. These processes include:
