• 1. GIVEN THAT IN THE STATE OF THE ART (“Heating arrangements specially adapted for immersion heating“) there is no mention relating to the term “rotary electrical heaters”

• (nevertheless, there is one published by WIPO: the application PCT/BA08/00001, applied by… Dr.sc. Alic!)

• one can say that Dr.sc. Alic is proposing A TOTALY NEW WAY OF RESEARCH IN THIS FIELD!

2. APPLIED IN THE BOILER

This heater provides a lot of advantages:

2.1. With a very high rotation speed (even more than 600 rpm), it ensures a very fast heating:

a) Three times quicker with a 6 kW boiler;

b) Six times quicker with a 12 kW boiler, etc. 

2.2. Thanks to the fact that the limescale is gathering just near the cleaning out valve, it is easy to remove the limescale, which results with advantages as following:

• a) Up to 35% reduced electrical consumption; • b) Up to 40% better reliability; • c) Lengthened lifetime of the electrical heater
