• Specification for Energy Star “Interior Ducts and HVAC”– Require all ducts and air handler inside conditioned space– Require PTCS duct sealing to reduce potential moisture
problems– Other?
• Eligibility for “interior” savings limited to homes with crawlspaces (i.e., basement homes in-eligible)
