Direction of Civil Aviation (GDCA) for each airport in conformity to

the format indicated in the regulation in force . The airport

manual, developed by the concerned airport, is an integral part

of the application .

ICAO provisions in this section, recommend that a certified airport should implement a safety

management system. To this end , OACA has developed a planning for an SMS
