Adopt and implement Intellectual Property Rights legislation for Copyright, Databases, Patents, Software and Semiconductors in accordance with the framework of the relevant European Union Directives ( the end of 2004).

– Creating Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRA) (During 2003)
