(JOCG) Purpose
Provide a forum where all conventional ammunition stakeholders jointly define and improve munitions management and execution.
Identify, implement and / or recommend for implementation joint opportunities to reduce cost, increase effectiveness and ensure interoperability and/or interchangeability of munitions systems.

How the JOCG Operates
JOCG meets at least annually or at call of Chair. EXCOM maintains regular commo / meets bi-
monthly. JOCG SGs / IPTs meet as often as required. JOCG Exec Secretariat:
- Coordinates with flag / GO staffs & EXCOM. - Facilitates / assists JOCG / EXCOM Chairs during meetings.
- Prepares / Publishes Minutes / Actions. JOCG Agreement. Communicate - Collaborate.

Focus on operational & strategic munitions issues. Influence policy, operations, resources, and strategic
planning.
Access to subject matter experts in numerous disciplines.
