Time: 09:30~12:00, 13:30~16:00

September 9th (Thursday)

Place: Office of International Affairs (OIA)

Students under school level exchange should register in faculty office

Step 1: Check-in at OIA

a. Pick up your Registration Sheet and Payment Sheet.

b. Submit your missing documents (eg. health exam report, *insurance proof) to OIA staff.

Step 2:

Pay the fee to the Cashier Division staff at OIA

Step 3: OIA

a. Show your *receipt of payment to OIA staff

b. Return the registration sheet

c. Pick up your Student ID Card.

Your Student ID Card would also function as an Easy Card.

Graduate Academic Affairs Division註冊組 / 研教組 (Room 106 /210)

Bring your receipt to obtain an official

stamp on your student ID card

攜帶繳費收據以取得學生證註冊章
