Using CSV Files
Next to the CSV file option there are help tools “Using CSV”. This provides documentation on how to open the data in an Excel spreadsheet and provides step by step instructions for editing, sorting, filtering, and merging.
109
AIM software is being phased out and is not an option on new myLegion sites. Previous users will continue to have AIM and support by national staff as long as it runs on the current operating systems. Once Microsoft releases a version not compatible with AIM it will no longer be available. AIM currently runs on all operating systems up to Windows 8.AIM is invoiced a quarterly usage fee of $15/month. Posts will continue to be billed the subscription fee until notification to national headquarters is received in writing or via a phone call.If AIM users do not want to pay the subscription fee and want to purchase a permanent license they can do so. There is a $225 fee to obtain a permanent license. However, if the post purchases a new computer that AIM does not run on, those fees will not be reimbursed.
