Magic the Gathering Night

Spooky Night in the Stacks

Teen Book Club Returns Do you know a middle school or high school student looking for a book to read? We are currently signing teens up for the November session of Teen Book Club. Teen Book Club will meet from 2-3pm on November 3, 10 & 17th to discuss the book Bridge of Clay written by Markus Zusak. This book is scheduled for release October 9th. Teens must sign up by October 26th to get a copy of the book.

Paint the Ville Take Two

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were forced to reschedule our Paint the Ville Teen Event. The event has been rescheduled for

Saturday, October 27th at 1pm. Those who had reserved spaces for the first event will have the opportunity to reclaim their seats before

we open up to new reservations.

Friday, October 26th from 6:00-10:00pm the library will be hosting a free game night! Costumes are not required but welcome! You may bring in your own board games and snacks to share with other attendees. There will also be some karaoke! For ages 14+.

More Dungeons and Dragons Less Waiting

Role playing games seem to be gaining in popularity at the library. Our D&D books have been circulated with such

demand that we’ve added new copies of the three essential books, as well as several new adventure

manuals. If you need help locating our D&D section or learning how to play, talk to Mr. L for more information.

Do you have an old sweater? Bring it to the library and turn it into a pumpkin! October 13th @ 1:00pm free and open to the first 20 people that register. Call the library at 660-665-6038 to register! The library will provide the rest of the supplies you just bring in the sweater!

The library will be hosting its monthly ‘after hours’

Magic night on Friday, October 19th from 6-10pm.

Experienced players can come find new opponents,

while we will provide a deck and support for new

players.

them away once you’ve read them?

I love to keep my books after I read
