Digital Signatures for Internet-Drafts
Internet-Draft posting reopened on Monday Companion digital signature files as specifed
in RFC 5485 will be generated and posted in the same directory as the I-D once each week
Intent is that subpoenas will be easier to handle because the I-Ds will be easily verified as authentic

Working Group Moves
IESG moved ALTO and DECADE WGs from Applications Area to Transport Area P2PSIP WG remain in RAI Area (almost done)
Consolidating the standardization of peer-to-peer technologies in one Area will strengthen this important aspect of Internet engineering
Current work in these WGs has strong ties to Transport work on storage protocols, congestion control and exposure, and peer-to-peer streaming

WG and BOF Scheduling (1)
IESG seriously considering an experiment to: Provide WG agenda sooner Provide more time to craft BOF proposals
Proposal: Reserve slots for BOFs on the schedule Schedule WGs before it is known which BOFs will
be held at the meeting Provide an additional four weeks to deliver BOF
proposals to ADs, filling the reserved slots
