4. Input your Jewell credentials.
5. Click Submit.
6. Click Students.
7. Click My profile.
8. Review your information on this page. Pay particular attention to your Academic Program.
9. If there are no changes, stop here.
10. If there are changes, click OK.
11. Click Advisor/Major Change Request.

12. Login with your Jewell credentials.
13. Click Sign In.
14. Click this arrow to maximize your form.
15. You will land on the exact form you need. Verify the form title at the top of the page.
16. Select the current *Term from the dropdown menu. Your current information will prepopulate in the rest of the form.
17. Scroll down until you reach the Academic Major section.
18. If there are any inaccuracies, select the checkbox of any Major, Minor, or Emphasis you’d like to change.
19. Select your new Major, Minor, or Emphasis in the Change todropdown menu.
20. After you major your final changes, click Submit.
21. You will receive an email confirmation once your requested change(s) is/are made.
