• Annual Competitive Selection Process (5 evaluation criteria)

• 60-day period for accepting proposals

• First year, no limitations on amount requested

Eligible Activities• Capital and Operating Expenses

• Project Administration

• Planning is not eligible, except under Section 5311(f), support for intercity bus only

• Section 5311(e) is a 15% limitation on the use of the State’s Section 5311 apportionment for administration, planning & technical assistance

• Rural service areas
