2000 Area EUL Opportunity The Opportunity:
The Air Force is considering the 2000 Area for aerospace-related, maintenance, repair and operations or air cargo use. This 30 acre parcel is adjacent to the runway, with additional clear zone acreage available for use with development restrictions.
Site Background: Buildings and Equipment: former fighter hangar and
guard shack and current Aero Club on-site; developer will demolish hangar/guard shack and relocate Aero Club.
Transportation: Adjacent to Charleston AFB runway 15/33 close proximity to rail and Interstate 26
Natural Infrastructure: No known Environmental Concerns: Two environmental sites, one

Hunley Park EUL Opportunity The Opportunity:
The Air Force is considering the Hunley Park area for office and light industrial development. This 54 acre parcel is located on the west side of Dorchester Road away from the main portion of the base at the intersection of Dorchester and Cross County Road.
Site Background: Buildings and Equipment: Several small storage facilities (bldgs.
2220, 2240, 2304, and 75002) will require demolition or alternative arrangements between the Air force and the selected developer as part of the EUL. Streets and utility infrastructure remain from former housing development, with potential to be incorporated into EUL development.
