HOUSE IS SELF CATERING OWN FOOD TO BE PREPARED AND CLEANING OF PROPERTY BY YOURSELF PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. (Cables will be tucked away into trunking shortly !) Electricity is on card system available at Cafe across the road. CAFE HAS SINCE CLOSED ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE AT SPAR OR OK FOODS PLS TAKE DOWN THE CARD NUMBER OFF THE ELEC BOX IN KITCHEN 11 Slide 13 Plenty of chairs available 2 x tables 1 round 1 x oblong + 2 x outside umbrellas. Front lawn can also be utilised follow the sun in the afternoon front becomes shady and courtyard sunny ! 12 Slide 14 This is the outside braai area and the smoking area NO SMOKING WITHIN PREMISES NO ANIMALS PERMITTED (AS PER RESORT RULES) ! 13 Slide 15 There is one bathroom only basin shower & toilet the hotwater supply works on gas thus instant hot water. Please bring own towels ! 14 Slide 16 Please note there is a twin tub washing machine available to be used should you so require ! The main gas must be turned on from outside, before igniting the gas geyser. (PLEASE REMEMBER TO SWITCH OFF WHEN LEAVING !) 15 Slide 17 Ample Parking Available /park right in front a bit of a ditch but all cars large or small can comfortably park in the front Front lawn may be used for kids - play area but note it is NOT fenced off ! Braai area is on the stoep the front colourful round pot is for night bonfires or use as a coffee table during the day when you bring the chairs and sun umbrella out for the day ! A very busy Resort especially during Season, and popular with young kids and Teenagers /you will never see your children AND ITS SAFE ! Outside shower for getting rid of sand or just to cool off ! Out of Season very quiet you will almost believe that you have retired ! DOMINANTLY AFRIKAANS SPEAKING VISITORS ! 16 Slide 18 This picture is the entrance towards the lagoon & beach, the next picture is taken (turnabout) towards the house to give you an idea of distance ! RELAX YOUR MIND BODY & SOUL !!! 17 Slide 19 The beach is a stone throw from the house on the left opposite the house you have a cafe opens at 7a.m. And closes normally at about 8p.m. fresh bread milk etc available plus fire-wood and if you feel lucky.... lotto tickets ! 18 Towards house & lagoon & beach 50 meters Slide 20 19 Vlei Empty Vlei Fuller Slide 21 Besides a safe swimming & fishing beach there is a putt-putt course super-tubes and a Pub with a very large screen available for Sports viewing over weekends normally functions at the pub (dancing etc.) Gansbaai the main town is a min 10 min., from the Resort.
