• Increases DLA customers’ awareness of the Agency’s comprehensive mission, products and services.

– Customers do not readily associate field activity names with the larger DLA.– Renaming affects organizational titles only, and does not change missions or functions. – A clear identity makes it easier for customers to interact with DLA.
