K.S.I. Inc. is located at 3783 Presidential Pkwy, Ste 142D, Atlanta, GA 30349. For reasons of optimum efficiency, K.S.I. Inc. has chosen to dedicate its service and resources solely to the Atlanta Metropolitan area. We remain a medium size security company by choice to better service our clients. K.S.I. Inc. has a management support staff that would rival a company with double the number of security officers.
KSI has grown to the extent where it can compete successfully for a contract of any size. A smaller company would not have the flexibility, quality of training and ability to offer such a wide range of services.

Our Security Strategy
K.S.I. Inc. in partnership with the Local Police and Sheriff departments look forward to creating a culture of “proactivity” and quick response while providing security/surveillance services in and around your community.
Our officers are trained to adhere to all site orders and make sure quality controls are in place at all locations. Each officer will be well dressed, punctual, and will execute the instructions to carry out their duties with excellence.
It is our assessment that we must prevent, deter and curtail criminal and destructive activities with proactive security procedures, physical presence, and total law enforcement actions.
Being a good partner with the client is a top priority ay K.S.I., and we intend to create positive value for you, as we go and grow. At K.S.I., we are always serious about security and “getting it right”.
KSI is committed to the concept that training is an essential element in the quest to provide professional, quality service to our clients. When required, training records of assigned personnel are available for client inspection.
Security Guard Officer Training KSI obtains and offers security guard certification training from B&G Security
International, LLC, where Bobby Gardner serves as CEO and Director of Security Training.
KSI and B&G ensure a customized security guard officer training program providing participants with the basic knowledge and ability to be prepared for potential criminal and related activities through a united effort to promote a stout environment of prevention and deterrence.
The detailed training program is taught through lecture, discussion, demonstration, performance, evaluation, and video. The curriculum includes, but is not limited to the following:
Standard Training
The KSI Training Commitment
Introduction to Security Laws of Arrest Foot and Vehicle Patrol Crime Scene Security Resources Customer Relations First Aid I and II Firearms Safety Uniforms and Equipment Report Writing Officer Safety Pepper Spray Techniques Conflict Resolution Interview Techniques
13
- Periodic Personnel Inspections -
Quality Assurance
KSI Security employees are selected very carefully and are evaluated consistently. Our personnel are highly trained and tested professionals who are prepared to meet and exceed our client needs
All KSI Security personnel are reviewed and inspected periodically, in order to maintain our level of expected performance.
If necessary, internal cameras can be installed at the guard locations to ensure consistent presence, productivity and timeliness.
Briefings and regular trainings are conducted with all KSI personnel, in conjunction with trends, forecasts, and requirements from property management.
14
- Site Evaluations -
Quality Assurance
In keeping with quality assurance and our commitments, KSI provides each property site manager with an electronic version of a monthly Security Evaluation Analysis tool, in order to measure proficiency and/or deficiency. This comprehensive tool allows property management to evaluate all areas of security and patrolling to include the following:
CRITERIA A: Visibility & Security Presence CRITERIA B: Tours & Monitoring CRITERIA C: Reports & Correspondence CRITERIA D: Attendance & Dependability CRITERIA E: Site Involvement
Our Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring overall performance. The Quality Control Inspector will be available by telephone or in person at all times to discuss problem areas with management.
15
Scheduled Activity Tours
For purposes of magnifying our security presence, Scheduled Activity Tours are conducted by our officers at the assigned multi-family sites and planned community properties.
A property site analysis shall be conducted and after a discussion with property management, a “customized” tour activity schedule will be designed for each facility or property site. Scheduled tours such as the following will be considered as part of this KSI standard:
Property and Perimeter Tours Vacant Unit Tours Hot Spot Tours Safety Hazard Checks Illegal Vehicle Tagging & Towing Property Lighting Tours Elderly Resident Checks Foot Patrols and Field Interviews Camera Vandalism Tours
16
Shared Mobile Patrol
A Shared Mobile Patrol is a cost-sharing concept for neighboring sites that require continuous security monitoring to defuse sporadic and random criminal activity.
The innovative service idea is designed to meet individual client requirements, but because the cost is shared by a number of clients in a patrol area it offers an affordable and effective alternative to a full time security presence. The mobile patrol service is an excellent choice during the economically-challenged times of today.
Organizations that do not always need a permanent security presence at their sites, but require rapid response to crime and security breaches are good candidates for this type of service.
17
Shared Mobile Patrol(Continued)
Our uniformed Security Officers or Police will continuously patrol and monitor the assigned properties, providing hours of coverage during day or night hours as well as specified. Each Mobile Patrol Officer is issued with keys and access permissions for customer premises and carries out an agreed number of ‘Scheduled Activity Tours’ at each site throughout each shift.
While crime prevention and security are major reasons for using K.S.I.’s mobile patrol service, the service can bring with it a high element of added value benefits for your sales and marketing.
Contact us now (678-691-8673) to discuss your security needs and we will complete an Assessment/Cost Proposal without any charge or obligation.
