• Successor of the NSA-LA thematic programme
• 1.907 billion € budget for the period 2014-2020
• Recognizes CSOs and LRGs as key players for development cooperation
• Application scope extends to all countries beneficiaries of the European development policies

• Priority 1: Enhancing CSOs and LAs contributions to governance and development – actions in partner countries
• Priority 2: Reinforcing regional and global CSO and LA networks
• Priority 3: Development Education and Awareness Raising Initiatives fostering citizen’s awareness of and mobilization for development issues
