Oversee the design and implementation an efficient and cost-effective backend publishing system that will enable the company to achieve revenue and cash-flow objectives while meeting the near-term, intermediate, and long-term requirements of all departments.

Customer Service : Lee Act as the Customer Service Representative

Provide inputs for the sales team

Provide continuity on working with ECNext

Assist with project management for ECNext Tool development

Account Management : Anna Represent Account Management and Sales team

Provide specific inputs on functional requirements

Marketing/Sales : Tom Assist in ensuring decisions made regarding backoffice solutions are in the best interest of the company

Help everyone understand how backoffice products and services impact revenue

Assist in setting priorities for implementation to support to revenue targets
