faculty, staff and students
a) Faculty and staff members can approach Head of
Department, Principal for redressal of any grievance.
Suggestion boxes are checked on a weekly basis and action
taken reports are notified to the students, even to
anonymous Suggestions/complaints. b) Students can

2. Every year we are organizing Sanjivani Avishkar- A
national level research competition to inculcate the
research attitude among the students
3. College has formed an industry institute interaction cell
(IIIC) to bridge a gap between Industry and academics
4. Experts from reputed pharma industries are invited to
guide the students under Sanjivani Thought Leader
Series
5. TPE cell of institute conducts the pre-placement
activities for increasing the employability quotient of
our students and organizes on campus and off campus
placement drives
6. Counselling and exposure to industrial processes and
recent trends are well explained by the resource persons
who were invited for sharing their words in different
symposia
7. Apart from this an effective mentor system is adopted by
the institute where a group of 15-20 students has been
allotted to each staff who will take care of these as a
mentor and will help them at every stage of the
professional career.
Medical facilities The institute has appointed a doctor who visits the campus
in the evening on all working days. Also we are utilizing
the medical facilities of Sanjivani Sugar Factory Hospital
which is about 0.5 km from the college.
