apart of people’s lives in different ways. At Rustic lovebirds, our aim is to provide our clients with

that 'special something' that will make their special event one that will always be remembered.

1. Clients are required to pay a bond for all hired items, being 50% of the total hire cost. All bonds will be held by Rustic Lovebirds and returned whenall items hired are returned in the same condition as they were when hired. The bond amount is calculated based on the total number of items youare hiring. 2. Should any items become lost, stolen or damaged when in the possession of the client, the client will immediately notify Rustic Lovebirds by emailand phone. The client agrees to forfeit some or all of their bond to pay for any or all items that are lost, stolen or damaged at the current market ratedetermined by Rustic Lovebirds. 3. The client is responsible for maintaining all appropriate insurance policies. Rustic Lovebirds shall in no way be held responsible or accountable forany injury, death or loss of income caused to the client, any third parties or properties due to the hire of equipment or provided services by the hirecompany. 4. Standard hire period is 3 days. On client request and prior approval from Rustic Lovebirds, the hire period can be extended, if available. The clientagrees to forfeit some or all of their bond for any late returns, as determined by Rustic Lovebirds. 5. A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total hire cost is required to secure your booking. 6. The Client consents to allow Rustic Lovebirds to use any images from their event, such use includes the display, distributions, publications,transmissions or otherwise use of photographs, images and/or videos taken for use in materials that include, but may not be limited to, printedmaterials such as Brochures, Newsletters, Videos and digital images used on Rustic Lovebird's Website and Social Media Pages, such as Facebook,Instagram and for Rustic Lovebird's Expos and Events. 7. For any equipment returned unclean by the client to the Rustic Lovebirds, the client shall pay the Rustic Lovebirds the full cost of returning theequipment to a clean condition. 8. Please note inventory does change and when hired by others, may be lost or damaged and this may affect your booking if you have hired theseitems. Rustic Lovebirds will endeavour to replace these items with something similar for your event. If a replacement cannot be found, the client canchoose another available item for the same price from the Rustic Lovebirds catalogue. Things to note: • We do provide a DIY option on some of our smaller items. • We can deliver for an additional fee, based on location making it a truly stress free day! • We can help you with ideas/themes during your initial consultation. We also offer a complete styling package where we will take care of the set andstyling of your event at additional fee. • If you are looking at something in particular and we don't have it on our inventory list, please don't hesitate to contact us as we might be able tosource it for you!

Terms and conditions - 'Sylvia' 1. A non refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking with 'Sylvia'.2. We customise packages to suit your needs and your event … every event is different and will be quoted accordingly.3. Final payments must be paid in full 14 days prior to your event.4. Cancellation fees apply. If the client cancels, for any reason, 30 days prior to their event date, the client must pay an extra 25% compensation fee. 5. In case of inclement weather and/or unsafe conditions, Rustic Lovebirds will notify the client as soon as possible prior to the event if the servicewill be unavailable for the booked event date. In case of inclement weather and/or unsafe conditions, the client must email and phone RusticLovebirds at least 5 hours prior to the booked set up time to notify them of the change in service. No refunds are available for a change in servicedue to inclement weather and/or unsafe conditions. Rustic Lovebirds will liaise with the client to ensure that in the event that 'Sylvia' cannot attend,where possible, the staff will be available to provide the service.6. Where a client, third party and/or guest damages 'Sylvia' whilst at an event it is the responsibility of the client to pay damages, as determined byRustic Lovebirds.7. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all drinks that are required to be served cold are chilled prior to event, preferably over night to ensureyour guests are serve cold drinks on arrival. Ice is provided as part of set up.8. Any equipment damage or breakages by client, third party and/or guests must be paid for by the client, as determined by Rustic Lovebirds.9. Rustic Lovebirds requires access to the site for set up no less than 2 hours prior to the event time as per booking.10. Additional hours at your event will be charged at $200 per hour, on prior written request by client and approval by Rustic Lovebirds, as available.11. The Client consents to allow Rustic Lovebirds to use any images from their event, such use includes the display, distributions, publications,transmissions or otherwise use of photographs, images and/or videos taken for use in materials that include, but may not be limited to, printedmaterials such as Brochures, Newsletters, Videos and digital images used on Rustic Lovebird's Website and Social Media Pages, such as Facebook,Instagram and for Rustic Lovebird's Expos and Events. Things to note: • All package prices are a guide as we customise each package to each client taking into account your location, guest numbers and servicerequirements • 'Sylvia' is a BYO alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks service. Rustic Lovebirds does not provide the alcoholic beverages as it does not hold a liquorlicense. The client must provide all beverages, excluding items described in package. Rustic Lovebirds can cater any event from weddings tobirthdays to high teas.• Delivery is included for all events within 50kms from Menangle NSW. For out of area, cost for delivery is $2.00 per km.• 'Sylvia' needs a nice flat spot to park on. However 'Sylvia' can be pushed a little way to find that perfect spot. Ask us for exact dimensions!• 'Sylvia' will need a 15 amp power plug for her to run.• Rustic Lovebirds will need access to a safe exit from the site at the end of the service to depart with out a fuss! • Rustic Lovebirds will place all rubbish in garbage bags for collection.• We will provide two (2) Rustic Lovebirds staff members for up to 100 guests. For more guests, additional staff will be required as determined byRustic Lovebirds to ensure the bar runs smoothly during your event!
