New Zealand Curriculum-Aligned The Pause, Breathe, Smile programme has been developed in Aotearoa for kiwi kids. Pause, Breathe, Smile aligns with the New Zealand curriculum with resources available in English and Te Reo Māori. Pause, Breathe, Smile is contextualised by Te Whare Tapa Whā – an eloquent model of hauora from a Māori perspective.
Internationally Recognised Evidence of EffectivenessResults from three published research¹ studies conducted by Auckland University and AUT University show that Pause, Breathe, Smile leads to statistically significant increases in student wellbeing, giving children skills that will help them to thrive now and into the future.
