1/31/2011 Purchased coach with 6,525 miles, 261 hours on 10HDKCAgenerator.

2/6/2011 Reset error code in Allison transmission, cleared code numberP0880, 6,985 miles on odometer.Washed roof of RV, needs complete detail to remove surplusconstruction sealant and dripped caulk from roof.

2/7/2011 Detailed roof of RV, red caulk line on roof evidence top ofcoach had never being washed or construction sealant removedby Tiffin motorhomes.

2/8/2011 Installed stainless steel washers on three rooftop AC/HP units.Installed, one ventilated shelf in overhead cabinet over PS sofa.Removed closet and bathroom engine access covers to cleanengine and paint bare metal in engine compartment. Removedgrout from joint around engine access cover, to aid reinstallingthe engine access cover.

2/9/2011 Cleaned underside of RV and degreased engine, transmissionand axles.

2/10/2011 Painted bare metal on chassis around the engine andtransmission. Installed engine access cover located in bathroomfloor.Two (2) quarts of Transynd transmission fluid drained fromthe transmission.

2/11/2011 Installed a Progressive Industries Energy Management Systemand two remote displays.Installed, cabling for VIP Tow Brake.

2/12/2010 Installed the VIP Tow Brake system on the RV.

2/16/2011 Installed pipe insulation on the refrigerator ice maker waterline.Installed foam insulation between the refrigerator and therefrigerator rear access door.Installed carpeting on both outside and inside steps.Rope installed as a seal between the engine access cover andbathroom floor.To stop a fuel leak tightened the brass Hydro Hot fuel supplyfitting on the fuel tank.Three Maxxair vents were installed on the roof of the coach.

Greg Dees - authorized and had installed two new air springsand hardware on the DEF door to allow the door to open 135degrees.Dennis Scott - Ordered various doors, drink tray, exit woodenhand rail and computer tray trim for replacing during ourMay appointment. Asked for and received one dozen woodenbuttons.Counter top buffed to remove a haze or film on surface.Chad & Corey - replaced rear "Allegro Bus" skirt.

3/3/2011 Installed 35 feet of Red/Black 10 gauge zip wire from the GoPower Solar regulator to the house battery compartment.

3/4/2011 Direct TV installer installed SD receiver in RV.

3/5/2011 Installed 2 - additional 125 Watt Go Power Solar Panels alongwith the original Tiffin installed 110 Watt Solar Panel, total of360 Watts of solar power.

3/6/2011 Installed conduit, wiring, cutout boxes and Jen - Air ElectricCook-top.

3/7/2011 Finished installation of Cook-top, and tested. 19 Amps ofpower consumed with both burners on high. 11Amps consumedby larger burner on high and 8 Amps consumed with thesmaller burner on high.

3/8/2011 Repaired both fuel doors so they close properly.Installed - two locking and keyed alike fuel caps.Installed - metal pipe and worm-gear straps to straighten thetwo diesel fuel fill hoses.Installed - missing bolt in the generator exhaust system.Foamed - the space between the wet bay and the rear wheels.Cleaned the area, removed rubber caulk and repainted the lowerradiator housing near the air cleaner.Relocated engine air filter "Air Restriction" indicator.

4/27/2011 New Progressive Industries EMS-HW50C board installed tocorrect intermittent operation.

4/29/2011 Aqua-Hot Control Panel lowered two inches on the backboardto allow for easier viewing of the system lights.Installed a Firestik II CB antenna and set the antenna's SWR.

4/30/2011 Installed brass shut off valves on both sides of the Aqua-Hotfuel filter to make filter changing easier and less messy.

Vacuum Cleaner relocated from the Aqua-Hotcompartment floor to the driver side frame rail near the ceilingof the rear basement compartment.

5/7/2011 Installed a short 3/16" hardwood dowel in all (3) windowawning fabrics to keep the fabric from slipping out of the metalcover.Removed caulking from window awning upper mountingtracks.D/S house battery compartment, removed batteries and tray toclean, paint and seal the house battery compartment.Added steel supports under the compartment to prevent thebattery tray from leaning when the tray is opened.P/S positive and negative 2/0 house battery cables installedbetween the D/S and P/S battery compartments.

5/23/2011 Welding Shop – Removed the LP tank.Welded a leaking fuel tank seam closed.Mechanical Shop – Kyle installed chassis battery straps and tiedowns.Fan gearbox checked for seal leaks, OK.Tailpipe bellows checked for weld cracks, OK.Six 6 volts batteries and battery tray loaded into coach slide trayto be used on a new passenger side battery bank.Six volt battery connecting cables and battery hold downs,purchased.

5/24/2011 Jamie Sims installed new rear skirt to replace skirt damaged atPG alignment shop on 5/17/2011.Anson Adams, installed new dash instrumentation to correcttank reading and fault codes.Gary Harris took coach for test drive to check on drive linenoise and rumble in rear of coach.

5/25/2011 Mechanical Shop, Kyle re-checked the engine drive train (driveline) for slack. Randy took a test ride to listen for drive linenoise and rear rumble. Randy heard the noise but was unable tolocate other than in rear of coach.

5/26/2011 Paint Shop – L.D. made repairs and painted driver’s side rearslide fiberglass crack at right rear lower edge of the slide.Corrected egg shelled white paint on passenger side.Buffed various paint over-sprayed areas on coach.Bad caulk removed on slide edges and replaced.Rita Pound – provided corrected SN page for closet wall.Gary Harris – provided corrected front axle, GVWR, andGCWR sheets for the coach.

10/21/2011 Bay 39 replaced the left front jack solenoid, solenoid wasallowing jack to leak up.Bay 8 replaced the headboards on bed with ultra-leather insertsto replace the damaged fabric OEM inserts.Gary bay 5 separated compressor piping on center AC/HP toeliminate shut down noise.

10/31/2011 Installed - new (Coach Step) step motor.Installed - new residential refrigerator damper motor.Adjusted - left and right tag axle air proportioning valves to 30PSI.Re-installed - original "Coach Step" step motor after cleaningand re-assembling the motor.

11/13/2011 Crack developed in RV Windshield, started out at 10:55 aboutone foot long extended an additional 3 or 4 inches during thedrive home. (Heard what we thought was a rock hit front of RV(11/11/2011, while we were driving on I-26 in South Carolina).

11/14/2011 Windshield crack continued to extend until it runs from bottomwindshield gasket to top windshield gasket on driver side ofwindshield.Driver's side windshield wiper arm broke, Don Boyd sendingreplacement arm.

11/15/2011 All Windshield insurance paperwork in place to havewindshield replaced.Aqua-Hot's engine pre-heat pump is defective it will not pumpcoolant through the engine, sent Don Boyd an e-mail requestinghim to ship replacement to me for install.

11/16/2011 Installed replacement windshield wiper arm for driver's side.

11/17/2011 Installed a sound-bar as part of the bedroom TV's sound systemPanasonic (SC-HTB-10).

11/21/2011 Re-built the Charging and Ignition solenoids.

Coach had 293.6 Hours on engine,17,497.2 miles on odometer, 1,415.2 gallons of fuel burned.

2/12/2012 Re-wired Jenn-Air cook-top with a Molex 17403-1490 ACquick disconnect connector.

2/16/2012 Sealed bottom of all slides with SLS.

3/12/2012 Red Bay Service Center – Terry & Tony in Bay # 33.

Replaced coach left headlight assembly.Replace both slide blocks on PS B/R slide. Moved rear mostblock about 1/2” to allow slide to sit in blocks.Installed a new slide roller on rear most side, adjusted both DSB/R slide rollers so the paint would match the coach side wall.Replaced DS front slide gasket to sweep the top of the slide.Replaced 20 Amp PS B/R slide circuit breaker with a 30 Ampcircuit breaker.Replaced two 40 # - 20” air springs on the DEF compartmentdoor.Rear bath toilet has a gurgling sound during flush cycle,attempting to find reason for noise.

3/13/2012 Red Bay Service Center – Terry & Tony in Bay # 33.

Continuing exploring reason for rear bath toilet gurgling noisethey were unable to determine the cause.

Replaced PS front slide frame on coach wall. The frame wasinstalled using screws through the frames face side versus theinside screws normally installed during coach production.Began removing wood work to install an additional slide rollerat the front of the slide. During removal of the slide trimwoodwork the slide flooring was found to have begun to de-laminate. The decision was make to stop, re-assemble the slidetrim. We are in line for removal of the slide to replace the slidefloor.

3/14/2012 Red Bay Service Center – Brett in Bay # 39.

Replaced both front HWH jacks with AP 40305 12,000#13” stroke jacks. Tightened pipe nipple located on theleft side of the fuel tank to stop a fuel leak.

3/15/2012 Red Bay Service Center – Kyle & Ricky, Bay # 39.

They tried to figure out air suspension problems. Tag airbags do not always dump when transmission is in reverseor when the tag dump switch is depressed. The airsuspension does not always inflate after being parked fora few weeks, unless I depress the air suspension switchdown/up suspension switch until I hear the valve close(thump noise under chassis).

3/19/2012 Red Bay Service Center – Victor & George, Bay # 36.

Fiberglass Cap Rails were cut and removed they werereplaced with aluminum cap rails. All cap rail seamssealed and ready for paint.

The bed box was disassembled to allow access to repairthe slide mechanism. Existing wood damage to the bedbox was repaired. Another new slide roller was installedto replace the damaged slide roller that had been installedon 3/12/2012.

3/29/2012 Bay Service Center – Kyle in Bay # 43, Replaced both (2)Tag axle dump valves. Spent remainder of day trying toconvince managers something is not functioning correctly.

3/30/2012 Bay Service Center – Kyle in Bay # 43, finally able toassemble Gary Harris, Brad Warner, and Greg Dees withKyle to figure out the tag axle dump problem. The dumpvalves were not designed to operate at an air pressurebelow 50 PSI. The dump valves need to be set at 35 PSI totake some of the weight off of the front axle. New valvescapable of operation at 25 PSI will be ordered. Whenthe valves are received at Tiffin they will be shipped to mefor installation.

4/3/2012 Replaced both 1 1/2 inch and 3 inch waste dump valves.

4/5/2012 Worked on Power Cord Reel for easier rewind operation.Rigid piece of aluminum glued on the backside of thepower cord door for easier door opening and closing.

5/7/2012 Replaced Pilot and Co-Pilot seat grade 2 hardware with grade 8hardware.

5/24/2012 Installed rear bathroom GFCI outlet, and wired it to a 20 amptandem circuit breaker in sub-electrical panel.

5/26/2012 Replaced seven (7) entry switch incandescent lamps with REDLEDs.

6/2/2012 Ran both the generator under load (one hour) and the Aqua-Hotto exercise them.

6/4/2012 Vacuumed refrigerator coils to remove dust and debris.

6/15-16/2012 Installed Two Tiffin supplied Low Air Pressure Tag AxleDump Valves.

6/19/2012 Removed and reinstalled PS slide trim screws after Blue Lock-Tite was placed on the screw threads.

6/22/2012 Installed lighted ON/OFF switch for LP/CO detector.

6/24/2012 Installed two LEDs in the cockpit to display operation of theTag Axle Dump Valves.

7/2/2012 Installed 12 VDC Outlet and 120 VAC duplex power outletsbehind the steering column on the floor.

7/10/2012 Spoke with Wade regarding the PS slide trim. We agreed toplace the information in our warranty file in the eventfuture work is required.

11/15/2012 Working on the two above wiring ERRORS. The RR circuitneeds to have a new cable pulled from the electrical panel to thebasement ceiling. The audio/video wiring splits in the electricalpanel, one leg goes into the roof with the three AC/HP cableswhile the second is routed thru the basement.

5/21/2014 DD24S16 Fisher Paykel Dishwasher would not start. Afterremoving a few items to access the rotor I was able to get rotorto turn thus allowing the dishwasher to operate as designed.

5/31/2014 Removed the Battery Minder installed by Tiffin to keep thechassis batteries trickle charged. ABS-200 to keep chassisbatteries charged.

6/6/2014 Found the voltage on the chassis batteries under 12.0 VDC,Found a flaw in the combination of the Magnum and InPowerABS-200, they will allow the chassis batteries to becomedischarged if the chargers voltage does not exceed 13.5 voltsfor 20 seconds. That voltage is required to combine the twobattery banks to charge the chassis batteries. I reinstalled theBatty Minder installed by Tiffin to keep the chassis batteriescharged.

6/10/2014 Re-installed Battery Minder Plus trickle charger on the chassisbatteries, the ABS-200 system was not charging the chassisbatteries.

6/22/2014 Repaired coach side wall in half bathroom, side wall backsplash had pulled wall paper off the wall. Glued the wall paperand reinstalled the back splash.

7/2/2014 Water leaking under the shower surround, thru a gap in thecaulking, cleaned area, installed new caulking to prevent waterleak.Driver Side front slide retract stop bolt broken from the coach.Removed tack weld to allow installation of the stop bolt with anew nut on the bolt.

8/24/2014 Returned the AGS settings to “Flooded” batteries andreinstalled the Battery Minder trickle charger on the chassisbatteries, decided the only way to keep the chassis batteriescharged would be to disable the battery temperature sensor.Removing the BTS would allow the batteries to be charged at ahigher voltage however by allowing the higher voltage thebattery water would evaporate faster.

2/24-25/2015 Installed four door hinges on the PS Wet Bay panel, this allowsthe PS wet bay panel to be opened the same as a door.

3/2-4/2015 Removed all wheels to clean and check for damage ordeterioration of tire rubber. After cleaning a coat of 303Protectant was applied to all rubber surfaces, all tires andwheels appear to be okay at this time.

3/11/2015 Created and installed a 6” (T) x 22” (W) x 26” (D) Shelf inthe Wet Bay Tank Compartment.

7/13/2015 Plan to stop at Knoxville “Crosspoint Cummins”. Bing soundabout one per minute for 100 miles then icon and bind quit. 30miles later icon and one bind, icon out after 20 miles decided tocontinue to campground. No fault codes when parking atcampground.

7/15/2015 Traveled to Whistlestop Mall, Franklin, NC. intermittent SPN3362 FMI fault code.

8/9/2015 Traveled to Cummins Power South (Atlanta, GA) to have DEFproblems corrected.

8/21/2015 Def Doser Fault Light (SPN 3361 FMI 5) illuminated on thedash while extending slides.

8/22/2015 The two wiring harnesses connected to the DEF controller hadopen pin holes in the connectors allowing water to enter theconnector and short the 12 volt power. The 86 pin connectorhad two open pin holes the 53 pin harness had one open pinhole in the connector.Drilled new holes to remount the DEF controller with theharnesses pointed down I hope of preventing any waterintrusion in the future. Gerald mounted the new controller withthe controller wiring harness on the right side and tilted to theleft enough to allow any water entering the open pin holes toremain and collect in the connector.

9/1/2015 Installed two cavity plugs in the 86 pins controller connectorsto block the open pin holes.Coach Alternator Prestolite Leece – Neville 8LHP2276V 170Amp did not put out charging voltage when the coach wasstarted today. Removed Alternator, will locate replacement.

9/2/2015 Purchased 210 Amp Alternator from Tiffin Motorhomesshipped by next day air Red Label. Purchase price $ 444.56,plus $ 158.20 shipping for a total of $ 602.76.

9/3/2015 Received Alternator, installed on the engine, new Alternatordoes not have key or keyway in the shaft. Per Nathan Davidsonand Gary Harris, Tiffin just tightens the nut to 75 Ft. Lbs. tokeep the pulley from slipping on the shaft.

9/4/2015 Built and installed a bracket to support the engine air filter.

9/15/2015 Cummins Power South charged $ 100.00 deductible for thework performed on the DEF system.

9/22/2015 Started removal of the Passenger Side front and rear slidetoppers. Side toppers unrolled and pinned to secure the rollersspring tension, front slide topper removed and top of slidecleaned.

9/23-25/2015 Installing four newslide toppers made by Tough Top Awnings.

10/12/2015 Purchased 8 Michelin XZA2 Energy LRH tires from InterstateDiesel Parts & Service in Valdosta, GA. Tires installed withnew valve stems, front tires spin balanced. Total cost $6,218.62

12/25/2015 Repaired Aqua-Hot basement thermostat (contacts not alwaysmaking) relocated the basement thermostat from the PS wet bayto the DS wet bay for easier access and better location for thethermocouple tube.

1/4/2016 Annual maintenance on the Cummins ISL9 engine, replaced primary(FS1003) and secondary (FF5636) fuel filters. Drained oil, replacedoil filter (LF9009), refilled engine with 7 gallons (28 quarts) of ShellRotella 15W-40 oil.Removed old Aqua-Hot fuel filter installed new Garber Model R fuelfilter.

1/5/2016 Disposed of old Oil and Oil Containers. Checked battery water andrefilled as necessary.

1/27/2016 Drained transmission fluid from transmission. Removed two oldtransmission filters then installed two new high capacity filters. FourGallons of Transynd drained (15 quarts) from the transmission. FourGallons of Transynd TES-295 ATF fluid poured back intotransmission after filter changed.

1/28/2016 Drained fluid from fan drive gearbox, refilled gearbox with Synthetic75W-90 hydraulic fluid.Reset transmission Oil Life and Filter Life monitors.

1/31/2016 Installed 600 LED under chassis lights connected to the “AssistHandle” light bar switch located in the entry switch panel.

3/13/2016 Both RV Starting batteries bad, one battery voltage measured lessthan 11.0 volts, second battery measured 12.03 volts after allowingboth batteries to rest overnight.

3/14/2016 Purchased two new Alliance brand starting batteries from Tom Nehltruck center, $ 117.00 each plus tax total of $ 250.38 for bothbatteries. Installed both starting batteries found the “Battery Minder”(trickle charger for the starting batteries dead).

3/25/2016 Installed an Amp-L-Start 15 Amp charger for the RV startingbatteries.

3/26/2016 “Coach Step” steps quit working removed motor, cleanedcommentator, reassembled and reinstalled the step motor. RemovedCoach Step 5/8” shoulder bolt, cleaned rust and sand from the bolt,chased threads on the ½” x 13 threaded portion of the bolt. While fangear was removed drilled a 7/64” hole thru the side of the shoulderbolt flange, tapped the drilled hole to ¼” x 28 threads, to allowinstalling a Zerk grease fitting. Reinstalled the step fan gear, tightenedthe shoulder bolt after first applying Loctite Blue to the threads.Silicone applied over the threaded end of the shoulder bolt hoping thesilicone will prevent dirt and water from penetrating down the threadsaround the shoulder bolt causing rust to form. Pumped grease into theZerk fitting until grease appeared between the fan gear and stepmount.Removed water pump, installed a foam pad between water pump andbasement floor in hopes of dampening the pump noise.Cut and installed a piece of ¼” thick rubber to act as a seal under theD/S bedroom slide.

5/4/2016 Replaced old Shurflo 4008 water pump with a new 4008 water pumpalong with a new inlet screen bowl.

5/9/2016 Mini-State wireless OTA antenna replaced with a Winegard Rayzarantenna.

5/15/2016 Dash “Check Engine Light” displayed, pin A of the Coolant LevelSensor (PN 31643) has corroded, both sensor and harness need to bereplaced. Sensor and harness connector ordered from TiffinMotorhomes.
