√ Fix simple hazards - pick up pallet pieces & clean up spills (If you’re qualified to do so)
√ Report the complex hazards - machine guarding or lockout/tagout issues
√ Keep your work area neat and clean
√ Adhere to safety policies

√ Keep walking and working surfaces free from debris or electrical cords that could create a hazard
√ Keep fire extinguishers, electrical panels and exits unblocked
√ Keep hands out of equipment – use cycle stop
