PHASE I - ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE:
BRING POWER FROM THE EXISTING ELECTRICAL ROOM WITHIN TAOS DINING AREA TO A NEW EXTERIOR MOUNTED SUB PANEL AT LOCATION SPECIFIED ON DRAWINGS. PROVIDE AND INSTALL ALL SHUNTS AND CONNECTIONS TO THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AS REQUIRED BY NMSU FIRE.
*NOTE: PHASE I WILL BE COMPLETED ON A SEPARATE PERMIT PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE SCOPEOF WORK LISTED FOR THIS PROJECT AS PART OF THE SAME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT.
PHASE II - EXTERIOR COURTYARD BAR
UTILIZE THE EXISTING COVERED CANOPY - RECONFIGURED TO FUNCTION AS A FULL SERVICE BAR AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS TO THE EXISTING COURTYARD.
• REVERSE DOORS AT BOTH EXITS TO THE COURTYARD TO ALLOW THE DOORS TO FLOW IN THEDIRECTION OF EGRESS AS SHOWN ON DRAWINGS.
• REMOVE EXIT SIGNS INSIDE THE CORRIDOR SHOWING EGRESS TO EXIT TO THE COURTYARD.• INSTALL NEW EXIT SIGNS OUTSIDE, SHOWING THE CORRECT EXIT FROM THE COURTYARD INTO
THE CORRIDOR AND OUT THROUGH THE EXISTING EXIT DOORS.• PROVIDE AND INSTALL ALL DOOR HARDWARE AS SPECIFIED - EXIT DOORS WILL REQUIRE A
LOCKABLE PANIC DEVICE THAT WILL ALLOW THE DOORS TO BE LOCKED FROM THE EXITING SIDEAFTER HOURS.
• REMOVE EXISTING SECTION OF HOLLOW METAL STOREFRONT AS INDICATED ON DRAWINGSAND INSTALL NEW FILL IN WALL (EIFS FINISH TO MATCH EXISTING) WITH A HOLLOW METAL DOORAND FRAME. THIS DOOR WILL REQUIRE CARD READER ACCESS ON BOTH SIDES FOR SERVERPASSAGE ONLY - NOT AN EGRESS DOOR.
• CUT BACK EIFS AND PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW LIGHT GAGE METAL FRAMED CANOPY WITHLIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE TILE ROOFING, WOOD FASCIA, AND SOFFIT AS SHOWN ON THEDRAWINGS.
• REMOVE THE EXISTING PAVERS UNDER THE CANOPY AND WHERE THE MASONRY WALLS WILLBE PLACED AND INSTALL NEW 4" SLAB ON GRADE AS INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS FOR THEBAR AREA, TABLES, AND THE FIRE PIT. PROVIDE AND INSTALL FLOOR DRAINS AND FLOOR SINKSAS INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS IN THESE AREAS.
• SELECTIVE DEMOLITION TO OPEN HOLLOW COLUMNS TO CREATE NICHES FOR TV'S ANDSHELVING AS SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS. THIS WILL REQUIRE A RE-ROUTING OF THE EXISTING DRAIN PIPES WITHIN THE CHASE.
• OVERCOAT EXISTING EIFS FINISH WITH ELASTOMERIC BASE COAT WITH INTEGRATED MESH ANDNEW FINISH COAT (COLOR AS SELECTED BY THE ARCHITECT) ON ALL EXPOSED EIFS BELOW THECANOPY TO CHANGE TO A CONTRASTING COLOR. DAFS OVER CEMENT BOARD AT LOCATIONSAS SPECIFIED ON THE DRAWINGS.
• PROVIDE AND INSTALL "FROSTED FILM" ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE EXISTING WINDOWS UNDERTHE CANOPY TO 4'-0" AFF TO MASK THE VIEW OF THE BACK OF THE EQUIPMENT FROM THEINSIDE OF THE EXISTING DINING AREA.
• CREATE A NEW OPENING FROM THE EXISTING KITCHEN TO THE DINING AREA TO FUNCTION AS ASERVER PASS THROUGH AT THE AREA INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS. THIS WILL INCLUDE THEEXCLUSION OF THE EXISTING CLOSET AND SLIGHT MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTING AREA.
• NEW BURNISHED MASONRY WALLS TO PARTIALLY ENCLOSE THE EXISTING CANOPY UNDER THEMECHANICAL CHASE.
• PROVIDE AND INSTALL THREE (3) NEW OVERHEAD COILING SECURITY GRILLS AT EACH OF THETHREE OPENINGS (EXTERIOR FACE MOUNT).
• NEW BURNISHED MASONRY WALLS TO FUNCTION AS TABLE BASES AS SHOWN ON DRAWINGS.• NEW CONCRETE COUNTERTOPS AT BAR FRONT, SIDES, AND BUILT-IN TABLES.• PROVIDE ALL ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING INFRASTRUCTURE (CONNECTED TO EXISTING
